LOCATION: The Palm by Roami is conveniently located directly across the street from Fort Lauderdale’s pristine beaches. This newly renovated tropical paradise boasts a contemporary design and a resort style pool surrounded by palm trees. You will experience the best Fort Lauderdale has to offer from world class dining to fine shopping and entertaining nightlife, all within walking distance.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchenette has standard appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has a communal laundry and a heated outdoor pool.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS:
The laundry room is not in the unit, it is located at the rear of the building on the opposite side of the parking garage. Laundry machines are now free and ready to use for our guests.

FREE PARKING: The parking area is located on the right and left sides in front of the building. Guests can park anywhere and we provide one parking space for each reservation.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
The dumpster is located on the front right side of the building.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 340 square feet.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

Perfect for a couple with a dog.
We stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment was perfect - spacious, well appointed with a full kitchen. Nice area to walk our dog and a short walk to the beach. We'll definitely return here.

Not as it may seem…
Booked this for 2 nights for 2 adults and 1 small dog. The booking was pre-paid and non refundable. After booking and before arriving, I was told that they needed to collect $150 plus tax pet fee. The pet fee should be part of the initial booking and not collected after the fact. I would have canceled but due to it being non refundable, they had me locked in. Apartment set up is like a motel. The toilet was not bolted down to the floor. Lighting in the apartment is poor. No ceiling fan. AC is old and is directed at the table.

Perfect spot between Las Olas and Lauderdale by the Beach
Upon entering we were greeted by the smell of clean. The kitchen was well stocked with salt and pepper, olive oil and ground coffee, filters, sweeteners and Coffeemate creamers. Dishwashing detergent and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all filled and ready. Extra toilet paper and trash bags were also provided. The bed was memory foam and excellent! I never sleep through the night during the first night of a stay in a VRBO but this time, I really slept like a baby. The beach and the Sandbar Grill (on the beach) are literally right across the street. We sat by the pool for a bit as well, which was nice but preferred the beach. I liked being just a 10-minute ride from the more congested Las Olas Blvd. We got the quiet and the wild whenever we wanted. The staff is fast to answer questions too. Great stay all around!

Decent place
This place served us well. Kitchen was very well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Location is great and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had trouble finding our parking spot when we arrived. The numbering seemed somewhat random, and there are a few different areas to park. Turns out someone else parked in our spot which completely blocks the spot number. After being on hold for a while we did get ahold of the property manager and was instructed to park in any available spot which I felt uneasy about. Not a good start to the stay. Although the kitchen had virtually every amenity you could think of, a few things were missing; No dish towels, no coffee filters, (had coffee grinds tough), no ice cube trays. A little art on the walls and some touch’s here and there would warm up the place. Top of the fridge looks like it hadn’t been dusted in months. Overall we were happy with the place and would stay again.

Loved it!
Nothing fancy. Just what we needed. Nice neighborhood to walk and jog. Three minute walk to the beach. Cute little pool. Uber was easy. Thank you Sextant Stays!
