We are delighted that you enjoyed those aspects of your stay.We would, however, like to clarify one important point for the benefit of future guests. The statement that the villa “does not have any operational oven” is not accurate. The villa has an operational countertop oven available for guests’ use. While it is not a traditional full-size built-in oven, it is fully functional for cooking and baking. We also provide two BBQs for grilling and meal preparation. In addition, guests who rent the adjacent villa have access to a full-size oven.The villa is an established island home rather than a newly constructed property, and we believe its appeal lies in the combination of its established character, spectacular setting, and thoughtfully added amenities. Over time, we have made significant improvements to enhance the guest experience, including the additional of four king bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful pool, and a new private pickleball court with a basketball net.These newer additions complement the original villa and allow guests to enjoy both the character of an established island home and a range of modern recreational amenities.We appreciate that every guest has different preferences when it comes to style and design. We simply want prospective guests to have an accurate understanding of the property and its amenities when considering a stay.Most importantly, we are pleased that you enjoyed the villa’s beautiful beach views and exceptional location.This villa has many 5 star reviews and many happy guests that keeping coming back year after year.

Katina’s Birthday Trip

Turks and Caicos is a beautiful place. The water is spectacular. We rented two adjacent houses (for better pool and having an oven!) that afforded many places to sit and gather and enjoy alone or in a group. The site of the properties were great with excellent sunsets. The equipment rentals were good; paddle boards kayaks and pool floats/beach chairs umbrellas and snorkel gear. We hired a chef for the nights we ate in…and it was great. We had mixed restaurant reco’s but CoCo Bistro was excellent. All in all a great trip, and we will be back.

Great house for large group

We had a group of five couples who stayed for a week in January. The house is set up for a lot of people, three outdoor seating areas over the water, the two pools are nice although one is tucked back without a water view. We had some minor issues that William, the property manager, promptly addressed. Local you can’t beat, a short walk, either via water or road, to Sapodilla Bay. Las Brisas is across the street. The vendors at Sapodilla Bay are quieter than what we’ve experienced in prior visits. The sunsets are amazing.

Amazing Vacation, Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay, and the property was a perfect fit for our needs for 10 adults and 6 children. (We didn't even end up using one of the bedrooms.) The waterfront was wonderful, shallow for a long way, with low waves and a bit of beach depending on the tide. The rooms are spread out comfortably/privately, with the master bedroom being a part of a family suite for parents/children. There are several spots on the property to gather in smaller groups. The two pools and double access to the ocean made the whole visit a truly relaxing experience. Our hosts could not have been more patient and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this listing for multi-generational families!

A/C in bedrooms only

The location is fantastic. There is no A/C in the main living area (kitchen, dining, living area) which made it unpleasant to gather as a group for meals or games. We requested a portable A/C and there was not one available. We moved to another villa which was available for rent by another owner because we were so hot.

We are glad you enjoyed the location of the villa. There is a portable AC unit that we have purchased for guests who need additional AC in the villa. This villa is right on the Ocean and the two pools create a nice resort like vacation. Glad you loved the location.

Our party of 11 truly enjoyed this beautiful, private, spacious villa. It has two pools and two points of ocean access. The water is clear and shallow—perfect for floating. We appreciated the information provided before arrival on the property, TCI areas, restaurants, and excursions.We rented paddleboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas, but used only the boards because we stayed at the villa most of the time. Extra floaties left by previous guests were a nice bonus.The villa is a bit far from Grace Bay, so we cooked and ate in for most meals. We tried La Brisas and Omar’s Beach Hut. Both were decent; the conch salad and braised oxtail were excellent. William, the caretaker, was very good. He gave helpful recommendations and arranged a companion for our elderly relative while we were out.We will definitely stay here again. The beauty, serenity, and privacy are unreal.A few notes for a complete picture: This is a villa, not a resort, so you are responsible for electricity and water, which are expensive on TCI—budget for them. We bought drinking water daily and refilled one of the two 5-gallon jugs each day. We purchased a third jug so we would not have to follow a strict schedule. The kitchen could use an oven and better pots, pans, knives, and utensils. That was not a deal-breaker, but it would have improved the stay. This is the tropics, so expect ants and mosquitoes even in the bedrooms. Building materials also deteriorate more quickly in this climate.

Amazing Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was great. The beach and pools were great. The extra fees were the only thing that were a negative. Lots of extra fees... they charge for extra house guests even though the house holds many more than we even took. They charge extra to use their beach chairs that are already at the house. And they charge you a utilities fee which I've never ever seen before at a VRBO. Normally air conditioning is included in a property but they bill you for that too.

Glad you and your guests really enjoyed your stay. The two pools and beachfront are stunning. This villa can sleep 20 people. As you can imagine, 6 people do not stay for the same cost as 20 people. We have base pricing so that smaller groups can enjoy the villa while paying a competitive price. There is a per person charge for larger groups so that everyone is charged a reasonable rate. There are plenty of chaise loungers and white plastic chairs all around the villa, pools and beach. If a guest requests portable beach chairs for beach hopping, , these are delivered to the villa by a third party. This is a beautiful beachfront villa, we are glad your group had a great time.

Perfect location! You can walk right out into the ocean and enjoy the day. We enjoyed the plunge pool too. Ample space and loved the outdoor shower. Kathy is very prompt as well. Would stay again. Thank you!

Family Vacation in the Turks

Our family consisted of three couples and two young girls 9 and 7. The lay out of the villa was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and space (which is usually where the arguments start) so this made for a fantastic vacation with complete harmony. The kitchen, living room and formal dining room made for a great relaxing, enjoyable time with each other. We hired a private chef to cook one night for a birthday and was fantastic. Now the best part - the grounds. A private beach with close access to a public beach which gave our family availability to jet skis. Everyone did what was on their bucket list which is a first! If you are intersted in privacy and family time this is for you. The house is about a 20 minute drive to the tourist and diving areas. This is what our family wanted! The house is very family oriented and well appointed. Planning on going back in the future as more grandchildren join the group.

Gorgeous beachfront home with private beach and spectacular sunsets

This house exceeded every expectation. It is located on a beautiful parcel of land with 270 degrees of waterfront views. There is a private beach just a few steps from the kitchen that our kids loved playing on. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The area was blissfully quiet. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was spectacular. We will be returning in the near future. Kathy and Brian are the owners and they were incredibly helpful before and during our stay.

Awesome week with friends

This villa was better than we could've hoped. We were three couples looking for a place to enjoy sun and fun together and we got just that at this beautiful villa. Our accommodations were fanastic. King beds and ensuite bathrooms for all couples. The indoor/outdoor living area was perfect. We ate most of our at home meals outdoors on the patio. Most days started with a dip in the ocean on our perfect sandy beach and we loved evening cocktails on the stone patio watching the sunset. This Villa has panoromic views of the ocean. We used the services of a local chef one night. We enjoyed all the restaurants we went to and especially Las Brisas which we could all walk to (they also have take-out -the paella was excellent). The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking, convenience and dining, but I tried not to cook-in too often! The Villa was also stocked with food and beverages of our choice before our arrival. We rode horses on the beach, went diving and the famous Fish Fry night. This vacation was perfect and we plan to return again, next time I am bringing my whole family!!

Sunsets, Private Beach, Stunning Views!!!!

Ocean Villa has the one of the most beautiful views in the world. This Villa was made for relation, recharging and reconnecting with family and friends. We spent 7 fantastic days in this Villa. This Villa had a fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and mattresses, clean updated bathrooms and a nice pool that my family loved to have cocktails around. The best part about this villa is the private beach!!! We went kayaking and paddle boarding around the point from the Villa and then we all jumped in and went snorkelling with a ship wreck. We also walked out into the water and purchased fish and lobster from local fishermen. Great family vacation, we will be back.
