Check in process was a challenge, but it had nothing to do with the owner. It was just that I’m so used to key and lock, but other than that the place was clean. It had everything that I needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was easy to get to highway was accessible as well as the neighborhood that we were visiting. I felt safe. The campers were secure around the area.

Perfect location! Close to the commuter rail for easy access to Boston. Flat was clean and very comfortable. Would book again.

Awesome apt

Its perfect cute and tidy felt like home. Perfect distance to everything. I would come back here again if i ever come to Boston again! Great place!

This was the perfect location between family and friends. Very comfortable and well maintained unit. Walking distance to the commuter rail to avoid driving into Boston. Very close to supermarkets, full kitchen. Would highly recommend and would book again.

Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. This apartment was seriously overpriced for the condition it was in, and the poor communication from the host made the experience even worse.Check-in was unnecessarily frustrating, and getting meaningful assistance from the host was difficult. The listing specifically indicated that a pressing iron was provided, yet there was none. After I complained, I was assured that one would be brought the following morning. Nobody showed up, and there was no meaningful follow-up. I ended up attending an important training session in a rumpled shirt because I relied on an amenity that was advertised but simply wasn't there.The condition and cleanliness of the apartment were equally unacceptable. There were visible cobwebs, accumulated dust, and dirt on the walls and windows. The kitchen appliances looked dated and poorly maintained. The coffee maker was rusty and nasty enough that I would not consider using it, and the microwave appeared old and dirty. Even the hair dryer did not work.For a property charging this much, basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, accurate listing information, and responsive hosting should be the bare minimum. Instead, I received an overpriced apartment with questionable cleanliness, broken or missing amenities, outdated appliances, and poor host communication.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. The price simply does not reflect the condition, cleanliness, amenities,

We appreciate you sharing your experience. Check-in instructions were provided both through the app and by text message, and once we learned the iron was missing, we offered to bring one out, which was declined at the time. We're sorry to hear the stay fell short of your expectations.

Stay in Stoughton, Mass

Our stay was nice in Stoughton. The unit on Summer St. was large, clean and enjoyable. We had minor problems which were taken care of by the manager who had a reliable maintenance person. I am sure the units will continue to improve with the personnel that are in charge. Thanks.
