Guests will enjoy 2 bedrooms (KING & QUEEN MURPHY), 2 full bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast nook, ALL brand new furnishings, contents, and decor, 2 car garage, large covered patio with dining table, lounge furniture, and firepit! Located in the heart of Sun City Grand, close to golf courses and the main community center.

This home feels like new with fresh paint throughout, new bathroom vanities, updated flooring, new light fixtures, and granite counter tops. Very professional rental experience. Mike and Host Up rep Kerry were very attentive. The property was well prepared and has been thoroughly renovated and well equipped.It is quite cozy.

Wonderful stay

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as advertised, easy check in and excellent communication. Would definetly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to spend some time. Location is great, close to all amenities.

Excellent home in quiet location but handy for groceries restaurants and lawn bowling …many little extras eg shampoo conditioner body wash …plenty spices, oil, foil and Saran Wrap… Will recommend to friends …. We didn’t use the community pool but it looked gorgeous and many sun loungers …pickle ball ..tennis …bocce and lawn bowling (4 clubs nearby) they cater to the snowbirds here !!
