I highly recommend this property if you plan on staying in the Surprise area. The location was central but still quiet, safe and easy to access. The house is incredibly clean, smells great and fit or family perfectly. The host is also fantastic and easy to work with.

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Cleanliness is outstanding. We appreciated the walled backyard which blocked views to the neighbors. Very nice to have a garage with an automatic door opener.The host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and roomy for 2 adults and a child.

Easy to find and easy to figure everything out. 2 bathrooms was nice and full kitchen. We stayed for 6 nights and it worked great for us!

This home is in a great location. We were allowed to use the garage and drive way. Easily fit a small trailer, Utility vehicle and two large full size trucks. Furniture was a little dated.

Very clean and a great location to anything you need to get to in surprise. They had nice little snacks waiting for us which was thoughtful. Just remember to bring your own toiletries.

Home away from home

I was in town for a week on business, and because I travel with my border collie, this place was a Godsend. With a safe backyard, comfortable clean stocked house, great neighborhood, and easy check-in, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend, and I will stay again when in town. Thank you!

Home away from home

This place was perfect for me and my husband visiting for a Wedding. There was lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Entrance was very easy to get in to. The house had everything we needed as well. Quiet neighborhood and had a cute park down the street. Will definitely be staying next visit.

Great 2 bedroom house

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 days and everything went well. We were in town to visit friends that live in Surprise and also drove to Sedona (about a 2 hour drive) and the Grand Canyon (about a 3.5 hour drive).

This is a nice little home in a quiet community. Everything was well maintained and it is very comfortable to stay there. The host was very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer to us. We will definitely stay there again when we need to babysit our great-grandchildren.

Great location, super clean!

We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament. This property was the perfect location for us. It was super clean, the furniture and accessories (plates, cups, towels) were in great condition and our experience was excellent. Check in and check out were seamless and the host was very responsive. I'd highly recommend.

We went to see the kids and grandkids and do some shopping. We really went to shop seeing the kids was a perk. I have a resale shop and Suncity and Suncity West have great estate sales.

Phoenix Vacation

We are hikers and the location of the house is close to some really great spots for example white tank mountain state park and skyline park (its a free park). It is also close to shopping. The nearest casino is the Diamond... The back yard is a beautiful rock back yard, and I was able to watch some Gambel 's quail. The house is in a nice area. Would stay there again.
