This light and bright studio is the perfect pad for city dwelling. Located in a beautiful old building on the borders of Wooloomooloo and Kings Cross, it offers an enviable inner city lifestyle. The studio’s layout has been well-planned: a Queen bed, made up with premium linen, and a bedside table sit in the centre, a leather sofa faces the light streaming through the window and a dining table takes advantage of those amazing views. With ample storage, art works and clever lighting adding the finishing touches, this room represents ideal studio living.

The kitchen is modern and sleek and cleverly makes use of its limited space. It includes a free-standing oven and stovetop, a microwave, fridge and plenty of benchtop and cupboard space.

The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet and all linen and towels are provided as well as some toiletries, hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. There is a communal coin operated laundry for your use in the building.

Kings Cross station is a 4 minute walk should you need to head further afield but the city itself is only 20 minutes walk and it's an appealing one through the Domain. Walk down to Rushcutters Bay, enjoy a spot of tennis or hire a stand-up paddle board and explore the beauty of the harbour from the water.
