My name is Andrew, and I am a real estate agent and investor by day, and I am a certified aircraft mechanic by night!

My wife and I love to travel, and we have experienced some of the best short-term rental hospitality on our trips in the past. So after learning to appreciate the benefits on both sides of hosting, we decided that it's time to participate on this side of this great community.

The studio spans most of the lower level of the main house, & the windows let in lots of natural light during the day, for a lower level apartment.

There is a nice bit of downtown chatter during business hours, and Then it slows down & s calm in the early evening, throughout the night.

**The unit has had soundproofing done, & please note that it does not block all sound transfer 100%. As it is a basement apartment, remember that there is a unit above you!**

-Easy self check-in, so no waiting around when you arrive!

-55” 4K Smart TV with choice to use: Rogers Ignite 4K Cable TV, Crave TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV! And if you want to use your own devices, no sweat. The wi-fi connection is great and the TV is screen mirroring capable...so you can use your devices on the big screen!

-BBQ AREA: As far as outdoor dining goes, please bear with us as we are coming to the end of a large renovation and landscaping is the next one to do. That being said, steps from your door is a deck area with a propane bbq and bistro set that you are welcome to use to enjoy the outdoor air. There is even a secondary bbq area as a back up, should the need arise. Just shoot us a message for approval.

-Cute living room area with loveseat, and coffee table. Have a beverage, and sit in comfort.

-This place keeps cool all year and no need for Air Conditioning! A portable fan, dehumidifier and air purifier are on hand to keep it just perfect

-Keurig Single Serve coffee machine, and a french press available! Use a pod to make one delicious cup of joe, or the classic ground beans for a nice brew. We will provide you with a little of both on check-in, to get you started

And for those who need to work from home the dinner table is perfect:

-Loads of room to sprawl out your equipment and stationery on the table

-The fast, reliable internet with unlimited download will meet all your connectivity needs. You can smoothly face-time or zoom with your clients & co-workers.

-There is good lighting at this spot day or night.

-There is a power bar set up for you, right at the table. Don't worry about running out of juice :)
