The property itself is old and tired and could use a thorough cleaning, i.e. the central fan was so filthy we couldn't turn it on as the layers of dust would go everywhere. In spite of the above we had a wonderful time, the property managers were excellent and responded quickly to our requests or questions. The property was good for our dogs but the stair case was tricky for our older one. The location was good with lots of shops nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

The pool ran out of chlorine after a few days, the upstairs bathroom on the right needs some work. Shower rod and towel hook kept falling. Sliding door to the patio doesn’t slide very good. Overall the property is worth the price paid.

March stay

Area is fairly quiet and looks very safe. The surrounding area is quiet busy with traffic takes a bit to get around. The house is fairly well equip the living room furniture is getting a little tired, The property manager was top notch and responds very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was huge, with 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. The kitchen was big and roomy enough to make a thanksgiving meal. Nice pool, plenty of seating. 1 room with twin bunk beds were very small- perfect for small children. Limited parking

Amazing home

My family and I loved the home. Especially the kids. Very spacious place in a great neighborhood. Other than a lot of broken blinds and one clogged tub, I would return. They had games to entertain my family also. Keep up the good work

House was clean and as described. Pool was full of inflatables. Parking is super strict and not enough. We were told 2 small cars could fit in garage, but there was only room for one compact car. 2 cars in the driveway and one across the driveway apron. And constantly having to jockey cars around was annoying.

I would say my overall experience was great but for those wanting to rent this house to be warned that they only have enough parking for five cars and street parking is not allowed or they will tow you. This was not written in the description when I booked and would have not booked if that information was available. A house that sleeps 15 should be able to provide more parking.

There are a few improvements needed, otherwise the property is ok

Pool heater does not work well and partially heated the pool. Many blinds are damaged. Kitchen cookware is extremely limited. One of the sinks in master bedroom is clogged. Beds in all rooms were noisy and not comfortable. The house is large/clean and is perfect for a big group, checkin procedures were very smooth.

Family Vacation

We loved this property, it was absolutely beautiful, and our grandkids enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only downside was the parking situation, which wasn’t mentioned in the property description. There are very strict parking rules in the neighborhood, and we almost had our rental vehicles towed on our first night.Unfortunately, it seems like there’s a predatory system in place. During our stay, I witnessed four vehicles being towed. The towing company tried to scam us by demanding 175, while the driver offered to drop our car for 100 in cash.Aside from this serious oversight in the listing, everything else about the property was great. We would recommend that the host update the description to include clear parking guidelines to help future guests avoid similar issues.

Beautiful Property with Multiple Minor Issues

Upon arrival around midnight, I had issues opening the door using the app as well as the code. After trying multiple times, the lock opened. A few of the TVs had Roku remotes and no Roku sticks. There was an awful smell coming from the garage/laundry room. The next morning we checked out the pool and it was green. We were unable to use the pool for our entire stay. I reported the issues to the contact on my email. They sent someone out to address the issues and they were all resolved, except the pool as it would take almost a week to be safe for swimming.

Great property managers; Poor house layout; Strict neighborhood restrictions

Property Managers were impressive! Quick responses and even personally came out to rectify an issue. I am giving this 3 stars based on the layout of the house. While it sleeps 15, there are only 5 places to sit in the living room. 2 of the upstairs bathrooms are extremely small. There is only 1 HVAC unit. So, either the upstairs is hot or the downstairs is freezing. The main bedroom has a "pass thru vent" (no duct work) between it and the dining area. This means someone on the cat walk can see right into the room. Plus, any lights that are turned on in the main living areas will shine into the room. Lastly, the neighborhood is super strict. All trash has to go in EXACTLY 13 gallon bags. You can't overlap the grass or the sidewalk by even an inch or you will be towed. We saw it happen. Overall, we made it work. But this would not return to this property in the future.
