Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended for this property during ski season. The Bridger's Cache neighborhood is a ski-in/out community, and a layer of hard pack snow is intentionally left on driveway and neighborhood roads which can make getting out of driveways and exiting the neighborhood challenging without the appropriate vehicle/tires.

You will love it
We love most of the ski towns in CO but this could be our new favorite. Although we visited in the summer there is still plenty to do. Location is very close to most things and you could take the trail to town and walk if you want the steps. House is amazing and there is actually 4 full bath and a single half bath. Great layout and great location.

Great house
The house was great and we had plenty of room. The roads and driveway needed to be taken care of better. The driveway had a solid layer of ice and the road was not plowed the morning we were leaving when there was a large snowstorm the night before. Our friends were late for their flight and had to pay to book on a later flight that day.

Stunning property
I have rented a lot of places over the years, and this one is by far the top of the list. In fact, I don't think the pictures do justice to this place. From the extremely well appointed kitchen with real pots and pans (unlike many rentals that only supply a few bottom-of-the-line pots), to more than enough plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pans, etc, that our large group never ran out of. My wife's favorite part was the enourmous dining room table that let our entire family sit down together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and everything was well maintained. The icing on top of the cake was it snowed about 7 inches over one night and our driveway was even plowed. If you're in need of a large rental, this IS DEFINITELY the place to reserve.
