We enjoyed our stay. Everything was fine except the listing should have stated the condo was a long walk from the parking garage. This made it uncomfortable for both of us to get out and about in Winter Park and the Rockies. Had we known it was such a walk, we'd have found a different condo in the building.

Condo with great location

Location location location. Literally looking at WP ski village and ability to be on the gondola within a few minute walk is awesome. The condo complex is clean, hot tub large and the condo itself is well appointed.

Founders Pointe - 2024 trip

We rented a condo through Winter Park Escapes and had a great experience. The communications and logistics were all excellent. The check-in/out efficiency enabled us to enjoy more time on the mountain as a family.

Memories Made!

We had a great time in Winter Park for spring break. The place was clean and walking distance to the Gondola. Winter Park Escapes helped with everything we needed. Winter Park offered great restaurnants and we got hit with a snow storm. It was perfect!

Very Clean, Great Location!!

Everything about this property and our stay there was great. The unit was in great condition, it felt like a true home away from home. The views of the village and the resort were awesome and it was literally steps away from the village. The only minor challenge was accessing the parking garage on occasion. We would certainly put it on our list of places to stay again in the future!!

Great Location with a beautiful view, five minute walk to lift, clean and updated.

We really enjoyed staying here and would stay in this unit again. The property was clean and furniture comfortable. Very convenient to everything. Add the parking if you have a car. It will make everything so much easier.

The location of the condo is great. Kitchen was adequately appointed and towels and sheets were nice. The unit could use an upgrade in TVs (low resolution only cable, no access to Netflix etc). Also would be nice to have room darkening curtains in the bedrooms as the primary bedroom was quite bright at night.

Perfect Spot

We could not have been more pleased with this condo at Founders Point. The location is perfect. The condo is at the end of the hall. While others mentioned the long walk, we enjoyed the quiet that came with the location. Additionally, it was right next to the stairs which made it easy to access the parking. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Would certainly rent again when back at Winter Park!
