Great location. 3 bedroom each with a bathroom. Perfect access to downtown Nashville. Uber rides were reasonable. Lots of restaurants close the the house..I would highly recommend this house.

It was certainly picked up and looked nice, but maybe some deep cleaning needed to be done. Had troubles with the air conditioner, but they were very quick to get us some help. Overall, a very nice property.

The stairs are a little steep lol but it was a great stay. It’s not far out from many places, so it was definitely easy to get around. Ubers and Lyfts to downtown weren’t over 30 for the XL size, so they may be even cheaper for a smaller group. We loved the space in kitchen/dinning area. It was great area for our game night and dining times. We enjoyed the space and the fact that there was a bathroom on each floor.

Floors and Steps Dirty-Wear shoes..Light bulbs above Vanity’s..Dim and Globes Dirty.Bed Frames sit low to floor..squeaks when you turn over and the 3rd floor frame bent in the middle.Fan Lights in bedrooms would turn on multiple times in the night. Had to remove the batteries.Living Room furniture is worn. Host Kevin was great with communication.

This was a wonderful place for our group to stay! Very clean and spacious! 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms all on separate floors allowed for privacy, while still allowing us all to stay in the same space. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had good basic supplies for cooking. We did have a noisy set of neighbors during our visit (who are likely short term guests). I recommend reaching out to the management party if you have any noise issues, as they offered to step in or report it. Would definitely stay here again, especially if traveling with a larger group!

The property is exactly as described. We had trouble with the door code, but the host responded immediately to help with our issue. It took less than 5 minutes. The bedrooms and closets are a great size. Having a bathroom for each room was great. The common area is very open and the kitchen is well equipped. It's in a great location. We were close to restaurants, grocery stores and it was easy to hop on the interstate to get downtown. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay!

We had 3 couples, so the 3 bedroom/3 bath combination was great for our needs. The area was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Our only criticism would be the beds. Small and uncomfortable. They need to be upgraded to Queen size beds. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Bachelorette party

We had a group of 6 ladies celebrating our friend’s daughter’s bachelorette party in Nashville. This was our first trip and this VRBO listing is amazing. Super clean, very spacious and there is a shuttle that picks you up right at the complex. Communication with our host was excellent and the instructions to get in were very easy. Highly recommend!!

New Years in Nashville

The accommodations were great! Very clean and spacious rooms. There were three couples and each of us having our own level and bathroom was the best part. You can get privacy but still all enjoy the same house. Not too far from all the action. Ubers were quick and knew exactly where we were at. We had no issues at all!

Perfect place for family vacay

This home was modern, clean and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kitchen was stocked just enough for a light breakfast or a dinner if you get tired of eating out. The owner’s son checked on us as we were checking in and made sure we had everything we needed. He assured us that they were available 24/7. We didn’t need anything but it was reassuring. We’d definitely stay here again.

5 inside/2 neighborhood and view

The rental was just as advertised inside. View is poor as directly across the street is a a garage type business with junk cars and noisy trucks. Nice rooftop, but lots of noise going on across the street. If I had known this beforehand would have chosen a different location.

Nashville vacation

We had a wonderful stay here at this property.Our contact person was great. The place is beautiful and very spacious. We had 4 adults staying here. The bedrooms were nice, there were 3 bathrooms as well which made it very convenient. It was easy to take a ride to Broadway and then come home to a quiet place to sleep. We were able to cook our meals with a nice stove, there was a dishwasher, the kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishwater. There was a washer and dryer on site. It was just a really nice place, very easy check in and out process. I would stay here again and I would book with this property group again.

Fun with Friends

We spent two nights in this property and were very happy with our choice. There was plenty of room so that the 5 of us could have our own space but also areas that could comfortably accommodate all of us gathering to watch TV or share a meal. The condo was attractively decorated and clean. As promised, check in information did arrive via email in a timely manner. The condo was in a quiet area and easy to find using our navigation system. The two car garage was a nice bonus and it is sometimes hard to find a rental that has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This was perfect as our group consisted of 2 couples and an unmarried friend who didn't have to share a bathroom with the other. There is a nice sitting room off of the main bedroom with access to a roof top porch. Great space for getting away with friends or family.

My critiques are that there were a couple of flickering lightbulbs, and the soap containers that were installed in the showers were moldy. However they did provide separate shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles that were in each bathroom on the counter. With that said, our group of 7 stayed comfortably and overall had a good experience in this condo. The layout of the space allowed each couple to have a room and bathroom which was helpful for getting ready. A major perk to staying here is the garage parking. The location was very convenient for our activities and easy for Ubers to find us. They also provided instructions on a 15-passenger van that is very affordable for getting around. I would definitely stay here again.
