This 2 bedroom at, 2.5 bath Harbour Place condominium is in Key West's most prestigious community of Truman Annex, offering breath-taking, unobstructed sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and Sunset Key, the harbor and boat marina, and adjacent to the beautiful Truman Waterfront Park. The large dining table, umbrellas, propane grill and cushioned deck furniture provide a fabulous gathering space, a quintessential Key West experience. The Truman Annex community is 2 short blocks from Duval Street, all of the Old Town Key West attractions and only 1 mile from the best beach/picnic area at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. The historic Harry Truman Little White House, the Custom House Museum and the aquarium are next door and the world-famous Hemingway House is down the street. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably (renter may choose: 1 queen/2 twins or 1 queen/1 king) and is outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, abundant towels, linens, central air conditioning, WIFI, garage parking and a gorgeous waterfront pool area.

Annual trip

We’ve been visiting Key West for many years. Our favorite place to stay is Harbor Place. The unit we stayed in was lovely. The kitchen was great with everything we needed. We had a very large outdoor area and enjoyed our own private sunset viewing. Unfortunately next year there will only be monthly rentals for Truman Annex. We will miss Key West.

This property was a sun lover’s dream. Beautifully appointed interior. Large terrace overlooking the ocean. Breathtaking sunset views. Quiet. Our family enjoyed this relaxing getaway very much.

Very comfortable seating and very clean. Close to the pool, comes with 2 parking spaces, walking distance to downtown. Will definitely rent again!

Truman Annex area is the best in our opinion, quiet and easy access to Old Town Key West. Condo was beautifully furnished. Very disappointing to hear Truman Annex rentals may begin only monthly rentals in 2026. We would come back to Harbour Place in a minute if rentals were available for less than a month.

It is spacious, very clean, and well stocked! And yes, that terrace is all yours during your stay! The location inside of Truman Annex is perfect. It is very walkable to all of the well known spots that you must visit in Key West as well as tons of delicious places to eat! The Truman Annex is also a very quiet, beautiful place to return to after sightseeing! Compass Realty was easy to deal with and responsive to any question I had.Our first trip to Key West was amazing and I look forward to future trips! Don’t hesitate to book this lovely condominium!! We were so close to the shops and restaurants on Duval, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from this massive deck. The condo by far was equipped with so much more than any vacation rental I've experienced--kitchen utensils, small appliances, towels, and blankets--and we wanted for nothing. It felt extremely private for us yet close to the action. We hope to come back!
