Family friendly, secluded retreat within Key West Truman Annex gated community. Our lanai is a destination in of itself and makes this home extra special. We have some of the most comfortable bedding in Key West prepping you well for each day’s adventures. The fully-equipped kitchen is superb. Location Location Location. There is one vehicle carport, Duval is a block away, yet there is no clatter. This single-family home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Private lanai area great for outdoor living and family dining and relaxing in the tropical atmosphere of Key West. Bring your emotional support or service animals so nobody is left at home, diminishing the experience for all. The entire home is available for your use and enjoyment. Just text if you need anything from dining advice to experience suggestions. We hope that you can stay with us.

Michael's place is fantastic - excellent location (everything walkable), plenty of space to spread out and high end amenities inside. The house is inside the Truman Annex, which is a very secure, safe, quiet part of Key West, yet practically right next to Duval St and the busiest part of Key West. Michael is a great communicator and made sure we had what we needed for our stay.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family and the location couldn't have been better!! We loved how the interior of the home allowed our family to gather comfortably and the backyard felt private. All of the foliage is very beautiful! Will certainly stay again!!

Our host was readily available and very pleasant to work with. Check in and check out were easy. The house was very clean the grounds were lovely. The amenities were great and we had all we needed. Just WOW!! This is a truly amazing home to stay in, your own private sanctuary away from all the tourists and traffic, yet a very short walk from all the action downtown. This home is equipped with everything you could want 
 the view from inside is extra special. The icing on the cake was our host! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was spectacular. This is where we will definitely be staying when we are in Key West. Thank you for such an amazing home!!

The house was clean, comfortable, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, exceeding our expectations. Mike our host welcomed us, answered all our questions and checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in the annex over 45 times and we found this to be the best deal for location , price , size of home , etc . Only Front or Emma offers nicer accommodations and that’s at 3 times the price of this property . Easy choice .

The property is fantastic, and the location is phenomenal. Only a 5-6 minute walk to Duval St., but the neighborhood is quiet. Michael is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Communication with the host was AMAZING from the very beginning through to the end of our stay. Extremely helpful and the best host we’ve ever had. House is beautiful and in the best location. I can’t say enough good things about the Owner and this property. The house was amazing - great location, clean, and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay. We were only there for 3 days for our first time in Key West. We will return for a longer stay and book this beautiful home. I am are originally from the Washington DC area and graduated from the University of Maryland in 1983. I am a public accountant by education and spent a good portion of my career as a mortgage broker. I retired to a gentleman's farm in Harford County, Maryland in 1996, then added a second residence in Key West in 2001.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I choose the Truman Annex because of its security features, having heard too many stories from friends in Old Town about their porch furniture missing while they were away. Casa Cristol is my second home in the Annex purchased in 2003. In 2007. I moved over to Harbour Place and this home became a HomeAway rental.

Casa Cristol is special because it is in the Truman Annex and close to every place a visitor would want to experience on a Key West holiday. The bright and airiness of the home fills guests with joy and wonderment, a true tropical paradise. The lanai is the ultimate gathering spot for families to share a rich vacation experience.
