The Space:

This well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome provides a tranquil setting for an enjoyable, convenient chapter in your story. You’ll find it easy to fit right in and make it your own, if only for a little while! It’s designed to meet your day-to-day needs and make you comfortable.



With a garage on the ground floor and your main living space, while your sleeping quarters are on the second level. Enter the front door and find yourself in a spacious entryway with a shoe rack for depositing dusty sneakers and wet snow boots.



Walking straight ahead, you’ll find yourself in an open living space that incorporates both a sitting and dining area. The sitting area is bathed in natural light from a set of sliding glass doors that lead to a fresh-air balcony. Gather around and watch TV on the loveseat, upholstered chair, or 3-seater sofa with a built-in chaise that expands for extra sleeping – great for visitors! The TV stand is loaded with family-friendly games that are yours to enjoy on the circular coffee table sitting at the heart of the space.



Behind the sofa, a dining table for 6 has a direct view into the kitchen through a wide, open doorway. The kitchen has great flow and provides ample workspace with both a traditional countertop and an oversized island/breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen sink is embedded into the island top with a dishwasher below. Indulge your love of cooking and baking with a collection of small specialty appliances that include a slow cooker, hand mixer, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Full-size, stainless steel appliances include a range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with in-door water and ice dispenser.



A convenient powder room on this level provides a vanity with storage below.



Ascend the stairs from the kitchen to access the second floor sleeping quarters. At the top of the stairs to the left, is a spacious primary bedroom suite furnished with a handsome king-size bed with a cobalt blue upholstered headboard, as well as a TV and a large dresser. A walk-in closet provides additional space for a large wardrobe. The private adjacent bath incorporates a lengthy vanity with dual sinks and a big step-in shower with gleaming glass doors.



Two additional bedrooms are on the other side of the hallway, each provide a queen-size bed and walk-in closet.



An additional full bath on the second floor includes an extra-long vanity that busy families will appreciate, as well as a large mirror and a combination tub/shower.



When working or studying, you’ll have the use of a desk and comfortable executive desk chair in an open area on the second floor.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo. Please be mindful that this is a small HOA community.



Guests can park 1 car in the garage. There is additional parking from the main street that would require a small walk. There is no assigned parking and please note the no parking zones.



Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

The northeast corner of Colorado Springs is a desirable area, providing quick and easy access to a commercial hub on nearby Route 21/North Powers Boulevard and throughout the surrounding area. You’re just a 5-minute drive to a King Soopers supermarket, Costco, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, and a long list of familiar casual dining chains. You’re also within walking distance of Laura Gilpin Park, a 23.1-acre neighborhood park with a playground, dedicated skateboard area, open grassy areas for play, a picnic area, and a paved walking trail.



Beyond your local park, the Colorado Springs region offers a rich array of outdoor destinations with jaw-dropping natural surroundings. Three of the most popular outdoor spaces close to home include:



High Chaparral Open Space (8 minutes)

Highest point in eastern Colorado Springs, great views of land and wildlife alike.



Sunset Mesa Open Space (12 minutes)

Includes a 3.2-mile trail with opportunities for spotting wildlife.



Pulpit Rock Park (19 minutes)

Great home away from home

Weekend in the mountains

Great rental

We had a great experience with this townhouse. Everything is exactly as pictured, new and clean, and very spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. We would rent it again. The management company was also very responsive and easy to work with when I needed to change our dates after booking.

Project move to Colorado

The property was just as pictured. We had a bit of a snag with AC at the beginning but it all got worked out. It was wonderful to have a garage, as well as washer and dryer. All we could need in the kitchen. Could have used more garbage bags and some cleaning products for a 24 day stay.
