Lovely

Five minute walk to town, beautiful view of the mountain, is located on a busy street, and you are right next to the community hot tub although that didn’t seem to be a problem when we were there.

Super Property

Great vacation property that is close to town with easy access to the mountain, greenbelt and really all of Sun Valley’s amenities. The property is exactly as described on line and our host Cindy was incredibly easy to work with. Hope to come back in the fall and winter as well! Highly recommend!

Nice Condo across from River Run Ski lifts. We opted to drive over and park at the lift each day. The hot tub was great. Great communication with the property manager.

A Gem!

A comfortable, clean, centrally located and roomy condo with air conditioning (critical in July)! Our family (my husband and I and our adult children) really enjoyed the property and we took advantage of the hot tub, the well-equipped kitchen and proximity to town — a ten minute walk to shopping and restaurants. The beds felt great, like they were new. Even though it is on Main Street it was quiet. A wonderful place. We would love to stay there again!

Convenient to Ketchum

Nice comfortable 3 BR (1 ground floor) condo close to downtown Ketchum. Connected parking garage with private access. Very convenient location, though right on Rt 75 Main Street heading into town. Noise levels not an issue. Quality Patio furniture would be nice to add. But easy walk from the bars! Love that guests leave spices, condiments, etc. for sharing, and we contributed too. Owner Cindy and her team were incredible hosts and very responsive!

Sun Valley Condo

This is a great condo in every respect. The location is walking distance to the center of Ketchum, and less than a five-minute drive to the River Run lifts. The interior spaces were large and comfortable for our group of six adults. The views of Baldy from the Master bedroom, living room and poach are spectacular. The hot tup very close to the condo. The unit is very well stocked, including a phone charger, something I have never seen in a rental property. Although the condo is located on Main Street, we did not hear any street notice. Cindy is very responsive. We will return.

Perfect for our family during Christmas week!

This condo is located within walking distance of downtown Ketchum and is a 2-minute drive to the River Run plaza at Bald Mountain. The layout was perfect for us - master bedroom with HUGE bathroom (and heated floors) on one side and two bedrooms / two bathrooms on the other side, so our 2 teens each had privacy. The condo is nicely updated and furnished, and the kitchen well-equipped. (One slight warning: the smoke detector is quite sensitive. If just a little bit of steam or smoke rises up from the stove, even with the exhaust fan on, the detector will go off! Be ready to wave a dishtowel underneath it, and you'll be fine!) 2-car garage was spacious and convenient for leaving ski equipment to dry. Nice to have washer and dryer in the condo. Community hot tub is right outside the front door, so that was super convenient - didn't have to walk far in a towel or robe. Hardly anyone used it, so it was almost like our own private tub. This condo fit our needs perfectly for the week. Owner was available by phone and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good, but not quite as advertised

It was a nice condo and very clean. The owner's responsiveness is very good. However, some of the key benefits of the condo were not functional. First, the fireplace, which is a key feature in winter in Sun Valley. The gas valve to light the fireplace was detached and non-functional. We had problems with the cable box, but the owner was helpful in getting it back online. However, once online, we literally had 10 channels, or less. Also, the cable is not run into the bedrooms. The floor warmer in the master bathroom did not function. The kitchen is very dark - it appears that a light fixture was removed that would have helped. Finally, while the location is good for the skiing, the master bedroom is ground level next to the highway. That was not disclosed anywhere until after the cancellation policy had passed. I think that a lot of the issues are simply those that arise from being a rental property.

Excellent home, excellent host, excellent location

The condo unit is wonderfully luxurious with an open concept living area and three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom that is extremely spacious with ample closet space. The home was clean and ready for guests. The host, Cindy, communicates quickly and has laid out instructions for just about everything. The location is an easy walk into town and a very short drive to the Sun Valley ski area. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Location!

This place was great! The rooms, the location, the parking, everything was great! Walking distance to downtown, and Cindy was very responsive to any questions i had. It was a beautiful weekend for spring skiing with our group of friends, would stay here again. Only thing that could’ve made it better was if the hot tub was open! Maybe next time.

Great location

Easy walk into Ketchum. Great view of Bald mtn. Property manager was very attentive to our questions. There is some road noise, but it wasn’t bothersome. Well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo with great layout, wonderful upgrades, full of amenities. Great location to walk into town and fantastic views of the mountain. If you are in town for Fri or Sat night, have dinner at the Roundhouse at the top of the gondola, very special dining experience with delicious choices, and large wine selection. Would definitely stay here again, one of the nicest ski condos we have stayed at in western US.

Great property - first class

Some homes you stay in seem to have the cheapest things (down to the toilet paper) and this rental was exactly the opposite. The kitchen was stocked, shampoo and conditioner, quality linens, etc. I'd highly recommend staying here. Locations is great too!
