DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked the condo for a 2 week stay. The very first day, we were greeted with construction from the condo above. After exchanging emails with the incredibly unprofessional property manager we were told 'work is never performed on the weekend unless an emergency'. This is not shocking because the whole property is in severe decline. The unit above apparently needed a door to be repaired. Construction continued. I was told repeatedly there was no construction happening. I walked to the floor above and took photos of the construction that supposedly wasn't happening. Again the incredibly unprofessional property manager told me there wasn't construction but only 'drywall mudding' and she asked the construction people to turn down their radio. Unfortunately she was not able to tell them to turn down their drills and sanding machines. She also did not tell them to quiet their rolling carts, heavy stomping from work boots and to try to stop dropping heavy tools and equipment. The 'non construction' lasted every day from morning until early evening. We ended up only being able to tolerate 6 days with absolutely no compensation. I am not sure how the property manager is able to keep her job being as unprofessional as she is. The owner of the condo has a 'history of not being able to be reached' and has yet to reach out. The unit is also directly across from the trash chute. You're able to hear every time someone slams the metal door to throw away trash
