The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. The property itself is beautiful and wonderful scenery. The grounds itself needs more maintenance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me and my sisters.

Overall, it was a perfect stay. We just had an issue with the air conditioner, which was remedied very quickly by the host. The house was very comfortable and clean and in a great location. Would stay there again.

It was a great stay, we had everything we needed for a great stay with friends, short drive to town for bars and restaurants then back at the house where we had lots of space. We will definitely return in the future for a longer stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our friends and it was the perfect place for us. We loved sitting around the firepit as well as using the various gathering places inside the house when it was cold and rainy. The communication was great and all our questions were responded to very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic View of the Texas Hill Country

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We celebrated Fredricksburg's Oktober festival and enjoyed the multiple restaraunts in town. We also ventured to Luckenbach and then to Salt Lick BBQ! We returned to the beautiful "Casa Bonita" where deer would be feeding on acorns in the yard. From the beautiful patio and fire ring we enjoyed watching many deer conpete with the wild turkeys for corn from the deer feeder in the valley. Beautiful sunsets and night sky! The home is nicely furnished and very clean! It is a great property and if is available the next time we visit, it will be our first selection.
