Spacious Layout: This home boasts room for everyone. The "Captain’s Quarters" on the first floor includes a custom-built bunk bed with queen-sized mattresses, a private bath, and access to a fenced backyard with a luxurious outdoor shower —ideal for washing off after a day at the beach.

Elevator Convenience: Skip the stairs! An elevator from the garage will take you to the second and third floors, making this townhouse accessible for everyone.

Second Floor Bedrooms: The second floor includes a primary suite with a beautiful private bathroom and a huge deck overlooking the meadows—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or sunset relaxation. A street-side bedroom with two bunk beds opens onto a private balcony. Two additional queen bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a soaking tub, providing comfort and relaxation.

Third Floor Suite: The top floor features another stunning suite with a large closet, a beautiful shared full bathroom, and a private balcony.

Open Living Space: The third floor is home to a spacious, open-concept living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, counter seating for four, and a dining area that comfortably seats six. The living room, featuring a large sectional couch, opens up to an expansive outdoor deck with a BBQ grill, a custom-built high-top table, and outdoor table with seating—perfect for al fresco dining with breathtaking views of the marshes and bay.

Dual Unit Option: Need more space? The landlord owns both sides of the townhouse. Inquire about renting both for a larger group or special family gathering!

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

The property is meticulously maintained and has all the amenities you need for a fantastic vacation. Views over the marsh are gorgeous. The owner was coincidentally staying next door to us for their own vacation and took great care of us. Highly recommend the property.

The house was perfect. Communication was perfect. Location perfect. My one wish was to have a clothesline. When coming back from the beach, you just need to hang towels and bathing suits!! We just laid them in the yard.

Amazing stay!

We stayed for a family wedding. The place was beautiful! Only con would be expensive cleaning fee..we had to make our own beds when we got there. For that amount of money our beds should have sheets on them. Orher than that the house is perfect!

Pros - location (walkable to beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream :) - plenty of room - view is great - elevator is helpful Not bad but not pros - kitchen is a little small (if you’re planning to cook) - lack of privacy on upper deck - parking is tight (garage is not usable for vehicles) - Wi-Fi didn’t work well

Weekend in Sea Isle

The property was beautiful and perfect for our multi family needs. Tha plentiful bedrooms with decks on three levels with baths allowed for privacy. The open concept living space offered enough seating for all. The playground, eateries and beach are both in walking distance. The only disappointment was not having access to the elevator for our guest who has limited mobility.

Owner advertises use of garage but extremely tight because he tries to rent bikes which limits the ability to use garage. He sent maintenance personnel on Labor Day for maintenance we didn’t request with the expectation that we drop everything and move our cars.

The owners were next door which made it very special, they were attentive to our needs (fixed the TV) and offered the bikes at no charge. The home is very nicely furnished, spacious and provided enough space for everyone in our group. The plus was allowing our Dog to be part of the experience, she was so good and it was lovely to have her with us.
