We never recd our text/email that the property was ready to check in. The floor was sandy upon arrival and the outdoor furniture was very weathered even with holes in it, The elevator was not working, the owner as well as property manager was readily available to help. After 4 days the elevator company came out however was eluded to this was an ongoing issue. The elevator was “fixed” however, we had family stuck in it twice! And a handicap family member did not find it safe to join our stay. We were compensated by the owner allowing us to use his bikes. The dishwasher also did not work. Lastly for the cost beach tags should have been Included as this is common practice.

Awesome

The property is meticulously maintained and has all the amenities you need for a fantastic vacation. Views over the marsh are gorgeous. The owner was coincidentally staying next door to us for their own vacation and took great care of us. Highly recommend the property.

The house was perfect. Communication was perfect. Location perfect. My one wish was to have a clothesline. When coming back from the beach, you just need to hang towels and bathing suits!! We just laid them in the yard.

It is a nice house in a nice location. The elevator was helpful to bring an elderly family member. While over all the house was ok there were a few issues. First, the pictures in the listing showed an umbrella on the main deck which was not there when we arrived making it difficult to sit outside. There were string lights around deck but could only be controlled by the neighbors house - which normally wouldn’t be a big deal but the lights were set to flashing multi-color which was very distracting at night. There was no patio table so eating outside was not possible. One room was very sandy and had toe nail clippings and a nicotine patch on the floor when we checked in. Kitchen utensils and cooking pots were sparse and old/dull knives. The doors and windows have no screens so on nice fall days we had to keep doors and windows closed due to bugs. No tvs in the bedrooms. Overall the house was ok. The check in and check out was easy. They communicated well for both processes. The issues above, for us, are a problem and will keep us from returning to that property. We had no issue with owner communication.

Amazing stay!

We stayed for a family wedding. The place was beautiful! Only con would be expensive cleaning fee..we had to make our own beds when we got there. For that amount of money our beds should have sheets on them. Orher than that the house is perfect!

Great location, new and clean

Pros - location (walkable to beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream :) - plenty of room - view is great - elevator is helpful Not bad but not pros - kitchen is a little small (if you’re planning to cook) - lack of privacy on upper deck - parking is tight (garage is not usable for vehicles) - Wi-Fi didn’t work well

President's Weekend Paradise

Weekend in Sea Isle

The property was beautiful and perfect for our multi family needs. Tha plentiful bedrooms with decks on three levels with baths allowed for privacy. The open concept living space offered enough seating for all. The playground, eateries and beach are both in walking distance. The only disappointment was not having access to the elevator for our guest who has limited mobility.

Short Stay

Owner advertises use of garage but extremely tight because he tries to rent bikes which limits the ability to use garage. He sent maintenance personnel on Labor Day for maintenance we didn’t request with the expectation that we drop everything and move our cars.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owner was next door and very nice and was able to fix the sink by midweek. Cleaning company dropped off swiffer to clean up the dog hair and offered to clean again however with my family of 11 moved in it was not feasible to have them come in and clean. I handled it myself and left the place very clean which the previous renters should have done. I asked for my pet fee to be returned and it was not. We paid 250 for a 5lb dog that doesn’t shed. I also have never rented through an ARBNB or VRBO that the beds were not made up when I arrived. Not worth the price. Too far from the beach.

The owners were next door which made it very special, they were attentive to our needs (fixed the TV) and offered the bikes at no charge. The home is very nicely furnished, spacious and provided enough space for everyone in our group. The plus was allowing our Dog to be part of the experience, she was so good and it was lovely to have her with us.
