Golf get away

Easy check in, tv had all the streaming options, pool table was great, kitchen had all the seasonings we needed and the parking was great.

The property was very close to everything Easy check-in and Very Clean house. It was our second time staying there. I'm sure we will be renting the house out again.

We had a great stay at this property! The home was clean, spacious, and very well-stocked for a comfortable week. The location was convenient, and everything was just as described in the listing.One thing to note is that the upstairs can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the hosts provided plenty of fans in every bedroom, which made a big difference.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Busy street but lots of room

Nice stay, overall great option. Floors were grimy (very dirty hands and feet on crawling babies!) and one set of sheets was musty. Well equipped kitchen, complimentary food appreciated!

Wonderful family home

This lovely house felt like home away from home. The property had everything we could possibly need during our stay and kept the fireplace and kitchen stocked. Our stay happened to be during a snow storm and the home owner and property manager(s) came daily to shovel the front walkways. The communication with them was excellent and easy. We will definitely look to rent this home again if we're ever back in the area.

Good stay

The beds were comfortable and the fire pit was nice. The house was clean on the surface. We were instructed to clean out all the perishable food but in the cabinets there were open and empty bags of food. And random items in the bathroom drawers. There were fans in each room upstairs but they were loud and not very effective. The rooms got very warm. Also not mentioned in the description is that this house is located on a very busy street with bushes that block your view to the oncoming traffic.

We can confidently confirm that the weather during your stay was delightful, with our recently installed HVAC system ensuring optimal temperature control. Guests are welcome to enjoy the refreshing breeze by opening windows, and we're currently in the process of upgrading to quieter ceiling fans to further enhance the tranquility of the environment. -We will conduct thorough checks of all kitchen cabinets to ensure any perishable food items or open containers are promptly removed during each cleaning. Additionally, our cleaning routine includes inspecting bathrooms and bedroom drawers to maintain cleanliness and organization. -In terms of the property's location, it sits centrally within the town, offering convenient access to various amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theaters. While there may be some daytime traffic, it's worth noting that after 5 o'clock, the area experiences a significant reduction in traffic, resulting in a serene and quiet atmosphere during the evening hours. We would like to highlight that we have not received any complaints from previous guests regarding the location of the house. -We are currently prioritizing the trimming of all bushes to maintain unobstructed street views. Ensuring our guests' satisfaction remains our utmost priority, and we sincerely appreciate the chance to implement these enhancements based on your valuable feedback. Excellent house for our UNR Graduation stay!

This house was perfect for us over the UNR graduation weekend. Pros: A BIGGIE: We requested early check-in, due to graduation being at 3pm that same day, and they granted it. So thankful! Pool table! We had a small gathering for our daughter's grad celebration, and the pool table and fire pit were a huge hit! 3 FULL bathrooms! A must with 6 total people staying.Downstairs bedroom and full bath! Perfect for our 71-year-old auntie guest. Excellent back yard with fire! A great gathering place. Great kitchen! Wood-burning fireplace! The last night got chilly, and this was so cozy. 3 full driveway parking spaces, and an empty garage! Only cons: Outside fire pit had no propane, but after we reached out the first night, they delivered more the very next day. Maybe just a note to check its contents when preparing the house for next guests. We had some trouble with the garage door. We only needed the garage space for one car, and only once or twice for the three days, so it wasn't a big deal. Maybe don't count on the "eggs included" mentioned in the listing. We bought some, no biggie. And also, we had asked for early checkin, so we assumed maybe the shopping didn't get done. Not a big deal for us at all; only mentioning in case someone counted on it. An EXCELLENT property for a small family celebration! Thank you so much!
