Tucked into a peaceful local community that offers plenty of privacy and quiet, this lovely mountain oasis still keeps you close to the charming downtown and the world-famous ski slopes and mountain biking trails. However, with a soothing hot tub, private gym, and cozy firepit, you may find it difficult to leave!
The grand GREAT ROOM at Deer Springs 12797 is a modern masterpiece, complete with large-scale contemporary artwork and high ceilings. This stylish space is balanced with a large, comfy sofa and leather armchairs that surround the warm, inviting fireplace. Sliding glass doors frame the magnificent mountain views and lead outside to the TERRACE, where you’ll find a gas grill and an alfresco dining space.
A home this exceptional calls for an amazing KITCHEN. The kitchen at Deer Springs 12797 is wide open to both the living and dining areas and features gorgeous, double-stacked, dark wood cabinets and quartz countertops. In the center of the kitchen is a spacious island with casual barstool seating that’s illuminated by unique, modern pendant lights. The chef-inspired kitchen includes a top-of-the-line gas range and vent hood, a spacious refrigerator, a high-efficiency dishwasher, a wine fridge, and a microwave. Next to the kitchen is a cozy SEATING AREA while across the room is the formal DINING AREA that features a gorgeous wood table with seating for eight.
In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, there’s a sumptuous king-size bed that sits against a slate accent wall. This private sanctuary includes a large HDTV, access to the terrace, and an exquisite ENSUITE BATHROOM with a glass-enclosed steam shower, a soaking tub, and a double vanity. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM also has a king-size bed and a full ENSUITE BATHROOM with a step-in shower. The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM houses a queen-size bed and an ATTACHED BATHROOM, while the FOURTH GUEST BEDROOM has two queen-size Murphy beds and a fully equipped FITNESS ROOM. Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Beautiful Home with All Amenities.
Beautiful spacious home, upgraded with modern appliances, including full gym, hot tub, and steam room. Lovely views, and conveniently located 10 minutes away from downtown Park city. Cleaning and pet friendly would definitely stay here again.
