Discover the perfect vacation rental in the heart of Old Town, Park City. 1014 Empire Avenue, Unit 1 offers the ideal setup for a group of friends or families seeking a fantastic vacation. With 4 bedrooms each with an en-suite bath and an additional half bath it can comfortably sleep 8 people. Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with mountain views, a gas fireplace, private hot tub, deck, grill, and full size washer and dryer. 1014 Empire Ave is in walking distance to the lifts at the base of PCMR, The Town Lift and all Main Street has to offer with Shopping, Bars and Restaurants. It is also just a quick 10 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. This makes this unit the perfect spot.

The space
1014 Empire Ave has been fully remodeled with completion fall of 2023. There are two units. Unit 1 is on multiple levels with the living area and kitchen on the top floor with vaulted ceilings. This unit has 1 primary bedroom with a King Bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and access to the deck and hot tub. Bedroom 2 is a Queen Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 is another Queen Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 is a set of twin beds with a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is also an additional half bath. Unit 2 is also available for rent.

Guest access
The garage space is a shared space for both units for the renter's skis, and boots. Take advantage of the ski racks and boot and glove warmers when you come in from a long day of skiing. There are three shared outside parking spaces. No street parking during the winter ski season.

Wonderful Stay - Walking Distance to Everything

4 Couples had a wonderful time. The property was very well maintained. It included everything we needed to have an excellent time on and off the mountain. Additionally, the host was very fast to respond to our questions about the area, checkin and checkout process. Highly recommend.

Great location - close to Park City skiing and downtown

We stayed as a group of 6 adults and the house was perfect. Super clean. Virginia was very responsive. It's about a 7 minute walk from the main PCMR lifts and a 5-10 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Park City Stay

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. This property worked perfectly for our large group. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the lifts and to downtown. Property managers were responsive and helpful. At the end of our stay, we all agreed on two things: we wish were staying longer, and we couldn’t imagine a better home to have stayed in for our vacation.
