Comfortable & Convenient in Port St. Joe

We were pleasantly surprised with this budget priced, conveniently located, recently updated, nicely decorated and furnished vacation rental. We'll be back!

Homey cute vacation home in sweet spot of Port St. Joe

Clean, spacious, beautiful, and in a convenient area. We loved our time here on vacation and appreciated this home. The bedrooms were so cute and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the living spaces were all amazing. Only notes would be A) there was no extra stock of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. so we had to buy our own B) kitchen appliances needed updating, we bought a toaster and left it at the house. C) we killed A. LOT. of cockroaches during our stay, but I guess this is more common living in Florida. Overall our stay was very memorable and would recommend this place to others!

Nice getaway stay

This property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was well described by a member of our family as “don’t judge a book by it’s cover!” Five stars for the spacious family room & the decorum. Very nice renovations! Large backyard and perfect driveway, especially if you have a boat. Very good central location. We requested an early checkin and it was graciously granted. Easy checkin and checkout. Areas of attention are the same as another reviewer in regards to the front porch needing cleaning. It was covered in leaves, small twigs etc. Another reason for the overall 4 star is because of bugs. It was evident that attention has been given to exterminating them, thankfully the majority were dead, but clean them up and keep working on exterminating them. Other than that it’s a nice choice!

Spacious and clean.

We were a group of 8 and this space surprised us. The home was very clean, and the living areas were spacious and comfortable, and there were multiple smart TVs to accommodate viewing desires. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for beds and baths. We did not use the yard, but it seemed spacious enough for the party size. The furniture was nice and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. Coffee was included but we did not use it. The toiletries were quality. Everything was great; the only reason we did not rate it 5 stars was because we could not find extra garbage bags, the exterior garbage can was full of old garbage, and there were so many leaves piled up on the porch and patio with no way to clear them-it seemed the property had not been serviced or checked immediately prior to our stay. Everything was in working order and check in/check out was simple and easy.
