La maison est situĂ©e dans la belle Port St. Joe, Ă  deux rues de la baie avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Vous pouvez vous promener au centre-ville et profiter de merveilleux restaurants, notamment Peppers, Three Sisters ou Sand Dollar CafĂ©, entre autres. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  5 minutes en voiture de St Joe Beach ou Ă  10 minutes de Mexico Beach avec de magnifiques plages de sable blanc.

Grande cour arriĂšre est partiellement clĂŽturĂ©e avec une terrasse pour se dĂ©tendre pendant ces chaudes soirĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ©. Le parking devant pourra facilement accueillir 4 voitures ou un bateau et 1 Ă  2 voitures. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement 2-3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Frank Pate Park, qui comprend une installation de lancement de bateau de 4 larges. Ceci est un quartier calme avec un accĂšs rapide au centre-ville et Ă©galement Ă  20 minutes en voiture de Cape San Blas. Le Cap fait partie d'une pĂ©ninsule sĂ©parant la baie de St Joseph du golfe du Mexique et mĂ©rite une visite.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much. Whether it was sunny or raining it didn’t stop us from enjoying the area. Location is convenient to downtown Port St. Joe and a short drive to Mexico Beach. We look forward to staying again next year!

Awesome!

Will definitely stay again. Great place with room to stretch out. Immaculately clean and quiet neighborhood right off beach and quaint downtown areas. Many things to do around the area.

Great experience

Four of us came and spent the week fishing. We weee able to park both our boats in the driveway and the house was great with plenty of room.

2 problemsfirst- no internet so had to go other places to use computer, and TV in living room would not work because no internet.second-pocket door in master bedroom would no close.This place was advertise as having internet.

A perfect house

It was the best size for us and so beautifully done. The house had ever we needed to cook and clean while there. Not many steps so very easy in and out. Can’t say enough good about it

thanksgiving

property was okay. heat was not working properly. manager was in atlanta and tried to handle the problem from her computer. finally called in an hvac technician the next day while we were out. the tech said it was a bad thermostat and changed that out, but we still couldn’t get heat when we got home Sunday evening. we had extra blankets, so did not want to move out as the manager wanted. each day got warmer, so we were okay and got to host thanksgiving dinner for our family as planned. we will not choose to stay somewhere again that doesn’t have an in town property manager.

IMMACULATELY clean and great location!

This is THE cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and there is an unbelievable amount of attention paid to detail in this home. For instance, as someone who loves ice, the ice in the ice maker appeared to be a brand new batch - not frostbitten and of questionable date like I’ve seen in other homes’ freezers. They also had plenty of silverware and even cookware, which is rare to find well-stocked in a rental home. While I often worry when taking my 2-year-old to any house other than our own, about what he might get into or break, there weren’t a lot of knick knacks for him to bother with. That was greatly appreciated! The whole house was very comfortable and spacious; the beds were the only downside. The master bedroom mattress is extremely creaky, without much cushion to separate us from the innersprings. I would have gladly slept in one of the other bedrooms, but I prefer a firm sleeping surface, and the 2 add’l bedrooms had very plush mattress toppers. It would have been nice to see a mix of mattress types, so that one could choose the best surface for oneself. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and family friendly. We were super close to our family member’s home; he is a local in PSJ. We would definitely consider staying here again, although it would be good to see at least 1 mattress changed so that sleep wasn’t so uncomfortable. But overall, for most people, who are probably less picky about sleep surfaces, this is a 10/10 place!

Annual visit

Lovely, roomy home with a nice screened room where we could enjoy morning coffee. Very nice over-sized, walk-in shower in master bedroom. Location is perfect for enjoying local shops and restaurants. This home is definitely on our radar for next year’s visit!

Weekend get away

This house was fantastic! In the heart of Port Saint Joe. It was so welcoming and for a family it’s perfect! You have everything you need. The house was so clean, bigger than the pictures show and we had the best time. I would recommend this home if you are looking for down time but close to shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back and visit family. We will be back!

Beachy Retreat

This amazing home is central to everything you could ever want in a beach vacation home. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants
and easy drives to the sands. Paqq Home has comfortable beds and fresh clean towels, Big showers, and well stocked kitchen. The host is very responsive. We didn’t have any problems during our stay.

Boating trip to the Port St Joe

The house was great! Had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We kept the boat at the marina and the water was a short walk down the road. Easy to walk to everything. We used the boat to go to the beach so we had no issues. We will stay here again.

This is great location most restaurants in walking distance ,beaches 10 min drive pretty much in the heart of Port St.Joe.The house is beautiful and well kept up.I stay at alot VRBO's this one ranks a 10 out of 10 for me .Only problem was next door neighbors dog woke me up both morning I stayed therebut that is out of owners control.
