Smoky Mountain Depot ~ Grande cabane isolée dans une communauté fermée

Ceci est une grande cabine isolée dans une communauté fermée. Le calme de cette montagne apportera la sérénité à tous les plus occupés.

ArrĂȘtez-vous, dĂ©gustez une tasse de Joe sur le grand porche le matin et le confort d'un feu chaud la nuit.

Notre cabine est situĂ©e Ă  moins de 25 minutes du centre de plein air Nantahala, du sentier des Appalaches, de la zone de loisirs de Tsali et du parc national des Great Smoky Mountain. Nous sommes Ă©galement situĂ©s Ă  moins de 30 km de l’autoroute 129, la queue du dragon, piste de moto.

DĂ©couvrez les nombreuses attractions de Bryson City:
Kayak en eau vive et rafting. VTT de classe mondiale, pĂȘche Ă  la mouche, sentier des Appalaches, Great Smoky Mountain Railway.
Vraiment, il y en a pour tous les goûts!

La cabine comprend une chambre principale avec lit king size en bas et une mezzanine avec 2 lits queen size. Tous les conforts de la maison et ensuite certains. Il y a une cuisine entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, un lave-vaisselle et mĂȘme un sol carrelĂ© chauffant pour garder les pieds nus au chaud le matin. Tout cela est complĂ©tĂ© par Oronoko Granite du BrĂ©sil.

La salle de bain a également été mise à jour avec de nouvelles laveuses et sécheuses et des armoires.

Dans le salon, vous apprĂ©cierez la beautĂ© et la chaleur d'un poĂȘle Ă  bois, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran, d'un lecteur DVD et de centaines de films parmi lesquels choisir. Le teck brĂ©silien orne les sols pour une belle sensation de chaleur. Asseyez-vous et profitez du train "G" Scale qui tourne autour de la cabine et mĂȘme Ă  travers les murs.

Beautiful home! Furnished with all the necessities and clean! Just make sure you bring the food and snacks you want with you, don’t go to the house first and then think you’ll go to the store. It’s a long drive up to the house so be prepared but it is worth it!

The home was very clean and well stocked. The shower was great and the beds comfortable. Gorgeous views and very isolated. We have little ones that couldn’t play too much outside because it was quite the drop in the front yard, but our older kids liked to explore. They especially loved the train that runs around the top of the rooms, they were amazed! Very neat feature for any train lover! Be prepared, the drive up is mostly single lane roads when you get off the hwy, it is paved though. We were a little uncomfortable with the drive, but the owner clearly gives directions prior to arriving.

The host was great at communication all throughout the stay! The cabin was very private and secluded, the perfect spot for a weekend getaway from the responsibilities of a hectic life allowing time to unwind. We had a few friendly deer visit the front yard near the porch. The train theme was evident and the real train around the ceiling was a perfect addition. A true gem hidden high in the mountains!

The view from this cabin is spectacular. Unfortunately, there was no outside hot tub, but there is a huge jetted bathtub inside the cabin that was nice. As Mark suggested in his instructions, it is essential to back into the steep driveway. The train was a unique touch and the wood burning fireplace was cozy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smoky Mountain Depot. Our host, Mark, was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The cabin was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The view is amazing, and the surroundings are utterly quiet. We spent almost an entire day on the porch just listening to the birds sing and watching the sun and mist rise and set over the mountains. The drive from the main road to and from the cabin was a bit daunting for us "flatlanders", but our efforts were well-rewarded with excellent accommodations in a peaceful and secluded setting.

Absolutely stunning. I’ll definitely be back when I visit the Smokies again.Everything was comfortable, clean and the cabin was equipped with most things you would need for a short stay already.

Secluded Mountain Oasis

The Smokey Mountain Depot delivered seclusion with a breath taking view! The highlight of our stay was filled with sitting on the porch taking in the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The accommodations were very comfortable and the attention to detail was definitely noticeable. Our visit to the Smoky Mountains was memorable with our stay at the Depot being among the top of our favorites on our trip.

We Loved this Cabin!!

This cabin was amazing for a winter stay! The view was spectacular and we got plenty of snow! The roads were well maintained, just had to be careful on the driveway!

Christmas Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin and we will definitely be coming back. We went the week of Christmas and I had reached out to Mark before the trip. He was quick to respond and very friendly. The model train was a perfect touch to the cabin.

Perfect Disconnected Getaway

Property is just as described. Quiet, peaceful, view was breathtaking. We had everything we needed for our stay. Only thing I would say is there are 3 cameras on the property that are not in the listing. The one that points directly at the seating on the porch and door was a little off putting. I understand the need for security especially in the remoteness of this cabin! Just wished we it would have been addressed in some way in the listing . I did not contact the owner as it did not effect our stay..

Cozy cabin deep in the mountains

Location is secluded and what feels like deep in the mountains, about 30 or 40 minute drive from Bryson City and national park walks etc. Was easy to get to.The cabin nice and traditional but with modern bath/kitchen etc.Great views over the valley.The train going round the cabin is awesome.
