Breakwater is an executive 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath and one-half bath Newly Renovated home. This stunning home is situated on 10 acres of land which has 1200ft of Water Front Panoramic Breathtaking Views with a private beach overlooking the Bay of Fundy which is known for 30ft tides.

Breakwater is just 10 Minutes West from Downtown Historic Saint John. There is also several Local Hiking Trails. One is just 5 min away & Called Split Rock Trail which follows the Shore line right too the Musquash Lighthouse.. Lots of other Hiking Trails & Beaches along Our Coast to Enjoy as well Just minutes from This Hidden Hideaway...While watching the tides go in and out you may catch seals Planking on the rocks or porpoises feeding on schools of herring. Lots Of daily Seabirds and Local Bald Eagles..

Saint John has Lots of history, Great restaurants, & night life. Visit the local city market where you can pick up some local fresh food and vegetables.

The property has two decks, one on the front and back of the house equipped with a BBQ, and you can also sit and relax in the hot tub while enjoying the stunning views while taking in the fresh salt air.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This home is beautiful and so thoughtfully put together. Every detail has been considered, from the comfortable beds and linens and beautiful furnishings to the local artwork and thoughtful welcome gifts.The location and views are spectacular—the beach and seals were amazing, and we honestly couldn’t walk past a window without stopping to stare out! It truly felt like a home away from home.You can tell how much care has gone into creating such a special place for guests. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

I have never been to a cleaner, more organized rental of any kind. You could literally walk in from a flight and everything is there! All amenities are just 12 min away by car ie groceries, liquor store , fish market, veggie market and gas for your car. We spotted 5 seals, porpoise everyday, bald eagle and waterfowl all from the windows or deck. Our host Karen is very helpful four any guidance required or where to venture if you want a day excursion . The hot tub got daily use. Thanks so much. Hope to come back!

A family of 6 (2 kiddos under 10 and 2 grandparents) enjoyed this house for a week. We hunted for sea glass. Watched the sunrise and soaked in the hot tub. It was a perfect spot. House was clean and beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Thoughtful touches and quick and easy communication with Karen. Highly recommend this house!!

Where do we start? The property was amazing- although beautiful and accurate, the pictures in the listing don’t do the layout and premium finishes of the home justice. It is gorgeous, functional and affords plenty of space for a family to spend time together or retire to their own room without any outside distractions.The yard is expansive, the hot tub is the perfect touch and the views never get old.The host is exceptional, helpful without being over-bearing and treats you like a long lost family member. The home could not have been cleaner and every possible incidental (and then some) within arm’s reach. Speaking of which- what a spectacular kitchen to make meals and hang out in. The appliances are top tier, the pots, pans and cutlery are premium quality and there is an abundance of cutting boards, dishes, gadgets, etc.5 star experience from booking through checkout!

Have stayed at other VRBO properties and with other rental companies, but this was by far the best place we have stayed so far. Clean, great amenities, great cookware, utensils, supply of things you don't even think about. We would definitely stay at this property again and in the near future. Great communication with owners, helpful with the little things and pet friendly.

When we arrived, I could not believe the VIEW we had. Million dollar view. Karen was an amazing host. The kitchen was phenomenal. We were able to easily do a huge meal in the kitchen with all of the available kitchen implements. My daughter wants to live here. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This was a gorgeous property and beyond my expectations. The house was amazing with spacious, clean bedrooms and a beautiful master bath. The view was breathtaking. I could have just sat in the family room and gazed at that for half the day if there weren't fun things to do in the area. We had a great time as a family in the hot tub in the evening and spent a good part of the mornings wandering around the beach hunting for sea glass. It was just an amazing weekend at a spectacular property and I really hope to go back one day. The icing on the cake was the communication with the host. Karen was super helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome. The instructions for coming and going were very clear.

Our stay was perfect! The house was very clean upon arrival and communication before, during and after from the host was polite, warm and gracious. The views were spectacular and the hot tub was also very clean and perfectly hot and ready for our relaxing. The rock beach at the bottom of the yard provided an excellent hunt for sea glass after the tide rolled out. We even had the pleasure of seeing rainbows on two of our evenings! The property was very peaceful and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Karen is an exceptional host. The house is absolutely as described and more. Beautiful views from every room. It is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you need. There are even some little surprises that you’ll love. My husband and I were very happy with our choice. We’ve stayed in many nice houses through VRBO. But, this is the best of them all. Highly recommend Breakwater.
