Love this place!

This place was absolutely perfect and the owners were awesome! They answered any and all questions we had pretty quickly and were ready to fix any problems we might have encountered. We had no troubles and loved staying. The beds were so very comfortable! I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay again!

Family get away

The house is a great size for a small group. It is very clean and well stocked with supplies. The house is very cozy and well decorated. I had my 2 teen girls with me and they loved the place. You know, teen girls are had to impress.

Quiet neighborhood, close to the ball park

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our group came to watch a Cardinal’s game. The parking spot behind the property was very convenient, we were a short drive from Busch stadium, we all slept very well on the cozy beds, and it was very easy to communicate with the hosts. Would recommend!

After a lot of research on specific areas to stay in St. Louis, we found this location and it turned out to be a very good property. It’s close to our business that we recently acquired giving that South Carolina warmth that we’re use to and also very home warming and peaceful experience.

Wonderful!

The townhouse was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. This was our first time ever staying in a VRBO and it has set the bar for future experiences. Everything was wonderful! Convenient location. Close enough to enjoy all St. Louis has to offer without being downtown. We will certainly plan to stay again the next time we come to St. Louis.

Nice property, as described.

Responsive management, apt very well supplied, clean, and nicely decorated. Quality bed and linens, towels, etc. The neighborhood is quieter and easy parking, just not an area with cute shops to walk to, etc but a short drive to many great areas. Recommended.

Nice property. Front of property parking can be sketchy depending on the time, but there is parking in back for 2 vehicles also. Wifi strong. Patio table with chairs out back good. Good stay, owners answered messages quickly. Both beds firm, but comfortable.

Charming and centrally located

Charming and cozy place. Nicely decorated. Centrally located and close to many St. Louis attractions.The place was generally clean, but it could use a little more attention to details. We came across wrappers under the bed, dry food crumbs on the kitchen wall and around the living room lamp base, crumbs on the couch, spider web behind bedroom door and above the shower.Overall it was good and we would stay at this property again.

Great Studio

2 bedroom studio apartment. Pictures of the listing are very accurate. Only issue we had was the parking availability and a power outage that was planned but no one knew about it.

Our company is based out of Columbia, S.C. and we made an acquisition of a new location in St. Louis and we have spent time trying to get this facility operational and was very concerned about steaks and places in St. Louis and we found this to be very comfortable very nice and tranquil, and have now gone into our second month of utilizing This property

Overall it was a great stay. It looked like the pictures. The rug in the living room needs to be cleaned (things would stick to our bare feet), and there were crumbs and a wine opener under the couch. I was a bit worried about street parking but never had a problem finding a spot even at night. There is parking in the back but we didn't use it. The bedroom off the kitchen didn’t have a door. It didnt bother me as I skeep with the door open usually, but if you wanted more privacy it maybe an issue. It was a great location to everything we went to.

Terrible. Car got broken into, and steering column ripped out, right in front of the VRBO. Do not stay here. Terrible neighborhood. Poor communication with host, took communication off platform. So basically was screwed. 0/10 would I recommend staying here. Back door didn’t lock correctly, fridge was leaking.
