We had a wonderful stay in Marks beautiful home! We were close to everything. Great restaurants, shopping and golfed everyday. So many awesome courses.The house was perfect. It was big and plenty of room for us all. The deck was the best. Sunsets incredible!! Thank you again! We hope to come stay again soon.

Perfect!

Our family of 9 had an amazing time! The layout was perfect for us. We played some epic games of ping pong, enjoyed meals on the rooftop deck along with evenings around the fire table. The location was so great, close to everything we wanted to do. The house was very clean, had every amenity, and check in/check out was a breeze! Thanks for the perfect getaway!

Such a great time at this lovely house in Grover Beach. The Home definitely lived up to the pictures online. The view was awesome, the layout was great, and the great room upstairs was the perfect hangout spot for our family. The fully stocked kitchen was a dream to prepare meals in and the master bed and bath were so spacious! Loved the rooftop deck with the fire pit and all the seating plus the view of the ocean. Literally minutes from anything you could possibly need and easy access from the freeway.We stayed to celebrate both our sons graduation from Cal Poly with multiple family members, and it was just the perfect spot for everybody to enjoy each other’s company!Our host Mark was so accommodating and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Our May 2026 Visit

The house is spacious with the main living area (open kitchen & living room) on the 2nd floor with the master bedroom and spacious master bath (well lighted). The dedicated game room downstairs as you walk into house has a combined pool/ping pong table which was very useful. The downstairs bedrooms (3) are good sized with a mix of beds.Very quiet neighborhood, easy access.

The house was perfect as we stayed there the weekend of our son‘s wedding. The sun deck on top was lovely as we were able to see Wales spouting. We did find a used water bottle and Gatorade bottle under a couple of beds when we checked in, but otherwise it was pretty clean.

Very cool, new property in a Prime Grover Beach location. Walk to the Monarch butterfly park and beach.

This property is great, centrally located, very clean and accessible. Kitchen is fully stocked and very clean with great appliances which is important to me. Our family visited for our son's wedding and this spot is very close to Pismo Beach and Orcutt where the wedding was located. Hosts are awesome and very responsive.

Wonderful time at a great place

The location is great; we enjoyed walking on the beach every day. The property has everything needed. We spent a relaxing week reconnecting with family in the spacious living room and kitchen and in the surrounding area.

Great Spot

Really cool house. Modern and spacious enough for our group of 8. The young adults loved the pool and ping pong table. The parents loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. We all loved the rooftop with the firepit and amazing ocean and sunset views. Grover Beach is a great spot! Not overrun with tourists like Pismo.

Great Stay in Grover Beach

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our time at the beach home in Grover Beach.It was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a group of 4 parents and 4 adult kids, and it was perfect for this group. The ping pong game downstairs was a big hit and the dinning table was nice a spacious for our big group to eat and play games together. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony and the fire pit. The walk to the beach was nice as well. Overall a wonderful stay in a great little town.

Nice beach house

Nice clean place to stay by Grover Beach. Fun to do atv’s but the town is small. Mattresses a bit hard and all queens or smaller. Kitchen well stocked!
