The hosts did a wonderful job communicating before and during the stay. They let us check in 3 hours early which was very generous and helpful. Having a one car garage was extremely useful for us.The location provided easy access to downtown and NAU. The beds were very comfy and the showers had plenty of hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer were easy to use.The weather was hot while we were visiting, but the window AC units in the red bedrooms and the ceiling fan in the living room kept us very comfortable.

Great property for our first visit to Flagstaff!

We were in Flagstaff for a wedding and this property was perfect for us. The location was ideal. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. We would highly recommend this to others visiting Flagstaff.

We had the best time and can’t wait to come back! The house had everything we needed, the neighborhood was quiet, it was very clean, and the manager was very responsive to any questions I had. We will be coming back and will definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay after a day of hiking or visiting local state or national parks. The unit was spotless clean and everything was in working order. The only complaint is we didn't get to enjoy more time in the VRBO because we were too busy enjoying the beautiful Flagstaff area.

Comfortable home away from home!

This townhome is roomy, well appointed and so convenient to visit the natural wonders around Flagstaff. Great support from the host. The creature comforts provided made us feel right at home. Easy to get to and to park. Wonderful to come "home" to after a busy day sightseeing!

Caveat - we were there the first week of July - it was above average temperatures. The townhome was perfect for me and my daughter - bedroom downstairs for me, upstairs for her. Unit was clean, the kitchen is nicely equipped. The portable A/C window units in each bedroom ran at least 18 hours each day - they are loud and not totally effective downstairs. Be warned that if you cook during a hot day, the kitchen will be very warm. I personally wouldn't stay again probably in July or August. It didn't really get cool enough at night to throw open the windows.But probably great Sept-mid June.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback and for sharing how well the townhome worked for you and your daughter with the split-level layout. We're glad the space felt clean and the kitchen was well equipped for your stay. The unusually high temperatures across Flagstaff and much of Arizona that week made it tougher than usual for the A/C units and airflow to keep up, though they've worked well for guests during typical weather. Two box fans are available for extra airflow, and most of the year the doors and windows can stay open for natural cooling and comfort. We appreciate you noting the best seasons for a stay and hope this helps future guests plan accordingly.

This townhome was comfortable and clean. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the location and restaurants in the neighborhood. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need to prepare a meal.

AZ FAMILY

This was our first stay with Vrbo; it's unlikely it will be our last. Very conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood. Well furnished, quality appliances, lots of small amenities, e.g., games, puzzles, etc. We will definitely consider this place to stay when we visit our family in Flagstaff. Kathy (host) was very responsive and accommodating.

Clean, updated, and comfortable

I rented the townhouse for 4 days after my mother's passing to plan and attend her funeral. Instead of having two motel rooms, my brother and I stayed in the townhouse. It was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. So much better than staying in a motel. I'll rent it again when I go back.

Stay in Flagstaff

Property very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for us to cook in unit at times. Had a small snafu w key box not working although could still access property right away another way. Owner and host Kathy very responsive to issue resolving it within a day. Thank you Kathy! Would recommend a stay here.

Friendly

I appreciate the hosts reaching out prior to our stay. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and accommodating. I was grateful for the complimentary coffee, condiments for food, hygiene products, and laundry detergent. The unit warmed up quickly when we turned on the heater, and we were cozy watching movies in the living room. If I visit Flagstaff again I will check availability here in the future.
