This stunning ground floor apartment allows lifestyle in the heart of the Gold Coast city, highlighting the surround Surfers Paradise area. With views of the Main River on one side, only to turn around to Surfers Paradise Beach being on your doorstep, this property is all about location.

Welcoming up to 8 guests, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 'Grand Vista' apartment, combines total waterfrontage with the tropical furnishings and styling that compliment the fluid Palm Springs vibe.

Styled graciously, with an open plan layout kept front of mind whilst being designed, enjoy your private outdoor deck with panoramic river views, including the picturesque Surfers Paradise skyline.

Enjoy a billiard table, with some of the best views in the Gold Coast.

Feel the ocean mist and soak up the sun. The North Corridor, Nerang River skyline stretches as far as the eye can see and the picturesque Hinterland also commands your attention.

The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, plenty of storage and everything you may need to enjoy your holiday.

Bedding configurations are as followed:

Master Bedroom 1:
1x King Bed

Bedroom 2:
1x Queen Bed + 1x Long Single Bed.

Bedroom 3:
1x Queen Bed.

All bedrooms have block out views, to choose between waking up with the sun, or enjoy a well deserved sleep in.

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

***Please make sure to not be in the pool after 9 p.m. as a courtesy to the neighbours***

Please note:

There is Air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms, but not in main living area. The main living area has ceiling fans, and the ability to open the apartment up to enjoy coastal breezes.

There is an ongoing construction site next door.

Apartment and property features include:
- 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

- Shared pool with the complex.
- Tasteful 'Palm Springs' inspired styling and furnishings.
- Well appointed kitchen with induction cooktop.
- Billiard table for guest use.
- Hotel-quality linen & beach towels provided upon arrival.

Guest will have access to all areas except some locked cleaners cupboards.

Pool is part of the complex so is shared.

NOTE:
- Minimum age to book and stay requirement is strictly 25 and older.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
-We don't take groups of more than 6 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info

- Pets on prior approval with pet fee. $33 per pet per night. max 2.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

Lovely home in a great location

The property is in a great location, easy to get around the Gold Coast. All amenities are provided. We had a few minor problems and when reported the property manager responded very quickly and resolved the problems straight away. I would have no problem staying there again

Great relaxing stay, feels like a luxury home

Overall property is just like the pictures. Bedrooms are large. Furniture, linen and location make it feel like a luxury vacation. Although its an apartment, it feels like a single home with private backyard and entrance. We would definitely book again. Minor drawbacks. Check in process was confusing. The key box is literally on the ground which is confusing because there is also a cleaner lock box on the wall. I wasted about 15 mins with the wrong lock box. Also the enterance is seperate on the side and not part of the complex. Wasted another 15 mins. And lastly you have to use the keys to enter the garage from the side door, and open it from the inside. Wasted about 15 mins trying to get in the garage door. Some better instructions would help. But overall it was really enjoyable staying there.
