The place was very beautiful and clean. Beach, pools and hot tubes were amazing. Loved that the restaurant beside the resort had its outside bar overhanging into pool area where you can get great food and drinks. Host was very fast to respond. The only downside is that there was no trash chute for a resort this big. Every bag of trash has to be walked across the street and put in dumpster behind parking garage.

Our overall stay was awesome. The rooms were extremely spacious with full bathrooms. The view of the beach was amazing. We were right on the beach. There were four pools that were available and loved by the kids. There were even some beach toys available at the condo for the kids, very thoughtful. The condo is minutes away from different restaurants and activities. We would definitely come again.

Overall good. Loading and unloading were inconvient. So was overall parking. A/C vent in the master bedroom hardly worked.There were no garbage bags in the condo. Customer service at the front counter to get garbage bags was poor.

Host never honored the reservation and sent door code even after sending text messages and leaving voicemail. So we could not stay at the property and had to find alternate after arriving at the property.

The property was well-maintained and the balcony view was really nice. The listing stated 5 BR but there were 4 BR, and the floors needed a good sweeping/mopping as the kids' socks were filthy from walking around the condo. Overall, I would rent again as the amenities were beyond our expectations!

The views were stunning! Loved waking up each morning from my bed and looking at the ocean! Each room (but one) had views of ocean. Loved all the pools, hot tubs and children's splash pad. Something for all ages!

They do not respond to anything, not even the emergency line when locked out of your room at 9:30 at night with 4 little kids. They always make you leave a voicemail and we never got a call back. Had to call the police to get in to the room. The actual hotel employees can’t help you with anything because they run it through a third party rental company so you get not help with anything. Shower handle was broke, sink wouldn't drain and the fridge wasn't cold at all. Would keep drinks in freezer and they never froze!! Wouldn’t recommend this property.

When we arrived, the condo was reasonably clean, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the description of a "luxury" condo. The kitchen was especially disappointing. The silverware appeared very inexpensive, there was only one rusty and unpleasant cookie sheet, and there were no pot holders. We had to use a dish rag to safely remove things from the oven. The couch was also broken, to the point that everyone was afraid to sit on it. The air conditioning in the master bedroom never worked properly during our entire stay. We contacted maintenance, and someone came out and said it had been fixed, but the bedroom remained hot for the rest of our visit. The biggest disappointment was the advertising regarding the arcade on the premises. We traveled with four grandchildren, and the listing indicated that an arcade was available. Once we arrived, we were told that they could not use an amenity that was advertised because we booked through a different service and this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I received SEVERAL text messages during our stay that would say please text if you need anything. I replied every time and NEVER got a response. I will probably not choose to stay at this condo again.

Great ocean front view

This condo was in a great spot on the ocean, just a short walk to the pier and downtown area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
