A great location with a stunning view. The holiday house was welcoming and very comfortable. The pool is superb; large, clean and luxuriously warm. The hot tub was enormous and the grounds are extensive. The quail running through the garden were a delight. The area offered many parks and attractions. It was a perfect setting for a great family holiday.

The property was great, very functional for our families needs. The floor kinda took some getting used to but it is in their plans to straighten it out.I guess I was shocked to pay an additional 300 for a guest who only was there for 2 days but was not reimbursed for 2 guests that left half way thru our stay. Our host was great and had everything we needed to make our family time wonderful.It was a great holiday and my inheritance from my mother paid for our stay.

Guests broke several house rules during their stay. This one was a miss. Extra guests were added and we were informed after that someone left two days early. Thanks to all the fabulous families that stay with us :-)

We had an absolutely great stay , pool was amazing , Hot tubbing at night . Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking for a Vrbo in Vernon.

Rob's place was just as described, well situated for exploring the area around vernon... we were only two, but there is a ton of room for a family or two!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our group. Everyone had a bed, house was very clean. Pool was great for the teens with us. Would definitely say again and the host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Paradise on the Okanagon!

Everything was amazing - from entering to a beautiful atmosphere to the pool, hot tub and the list goes on - absolutely beautiful and top- notch place to stay! Rob was amazing with communication and had everything organized so our group felt right at home. Absolutely perfect!

Fabulous property and great Host

This was a great location for our group visiting family. Fantastic views, very clean, ample sleeping room and the house is very well equipped with more amenities than I ever had at a rental. Rob was a great host. He made sure we had everything in order for check-in and followed up with us to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely rent here again.

A perfect home for our group

Rob was fantastic and very communicative. The home was ideal for our group of 8 who were celebrating 28th annual golf getaway. Extremely well appointed home with enough space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were both clean and we had a great time. Thanks Rob!

Perfect getaway!

Six of us travelled to Vernon for a family event, and Casa Familia was the perfect spot for us. We each had our own private room and space to retreat to, and plenty of space for shared activities. We loved having the opportunity to paddle around the pool, relax in the hot tub, and play cards on the deck while watching boats drift by. Rob was a great host, provided clear instructions, and really bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be booking the Casa again when we're in the area!

Great getaway

Our stay was terrific, Rob went out of his way to help make the property wheelchair accessible. Adding a platform at the front door and a ramp to the pool deck. Evenings on the deck were fabulous. Top it off with a great sleep. The beds were perfect. We will be back. Short walk to the beach and pub.

Casa - Home away from Home

Host Rob is amazing at making us feel welcome - the house is immaculate and so comfortable for a large group. The pool is fantastic with plenty of toys to use. Hot tub is fabulous with the lower deck offering shade. Plants & pots bearing flowers, fruit and vegetables are all over the property, vegetation to pick and eat. And the view - is just breathtaking! Rob has an amazing book to walk us through everything. Truly the best host and place to stay (and we have stayed in a lot of different places) We are repeat visitors to the Casa and we will be back!

Grandpa’s 75th Birthday Week

Perfect family home for the 9 of us including 4 grandchildren ages 10 to 13. Outstanding view from 2 decks of Okanagan lake. But the pool was the star, that we all enjoyed in the 30+ heat. Rob was indeed a “Super Host” who was always available for any questions we had, and came by midweek to check on the pool and hot tub and meet our family. Awesome family house

We rented this home for a week for a family vacation. Our group had 5 aduls, 4 teenagers and a senior. Everyone was so happy. Teens had the whole floor downstairs for themselves and played games all the time. Everyone spent a lot of time in the pool and the hot tub and enjoyed the stanning view. It feeled like we had our privat resort. The host was extremely helpful and always available. Great place for a family. I recommend this home for everyone. We definitely will book it again.

Wonderful! The house was perfect for our family of 11. Lots of room, games, pool and hot tub time. Outside absolutely amazing. Apricot, cherry and apple tree that we were told to help ourselves to! Even veggies (Tomatoes, cucumbers and jalapeños). Kitchens well stocked with pots, plates etc. if I was to make a suggestion it would be for new bedroom pillows. Enjoyed meeting the owner who was very helpful but not overbearing in any way. If we are able, we will be back.

A Trip to Remember!!

We were a group of 60+ers, four couples who camp together. Not one of us had a complaint about the Casa Familia. Rob had the place fully stocked with everything you couldn’t pack upon our arrival. While we never saw Rob, he was in touch from time to time to ensure we had what we needed. All the beds were quite comfortable and there was enough room in the place that we were not on top of one another at any time. The best part of the Casa Familia, for us, was not the pool (closed as it was mid-October), the hot tub, or the sauna, it was the most spectacular view!! Thank you to Rob, and his team, for a most unforgettable getaway.
