Ce patroniste exécute et prospère offre un design architectural exquis avec des détails impressionnants à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Plus de 4000 pieds carrés de vie de luxe mis sur une grande propriété sur le lac Woods.

Cette maison de bord unique construite sur mesure a été conçue pour divertir et capturer les plus belles vues de l'eau sans obstruction. Cette maison de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain dispose de 2 niveaux avec une cuisine gastronomique incroyable avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable de première qualité, une chambre à coucher et une salle de bain à couper le souffle, une grande salle familiale et une salle de jeux avec bar. Le démarrage du niveau inférieur vous donne un accès direct aux jardins rocheux qui entourent la maison.

Un chemin privé mène de la propriété au bord du lac, où les clients peuvent profiter de l'accès à la plage et marcher, courir ou faire du vélo le long du sentier ferroviaire Lake Country. La ligne de tracé de 16 km dans les limites des pays du lac est à couper le souffle, le couloir sinueux des falaises sur le lac Wood et Kalamalka touchant les habitats naturels, les vergers et les vignobles. Le Rail Trail finira par se connecter tout au long de Kelowna à Vernon.

Notes spéciales: Le lac est accessible via un chemin de promenade privé depuis la propriété.

Magnificent location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home overlooking Wood Lake. The expansive windows let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning views of the water and surrounding landscape. The veranda was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has easy access to the lake, and the well-kept grounds made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside escape

Lakeview luxury home

Robin was an excellent host throughout. The home well appointed and comfortable. Fantastic views. The addition of a hot tub or pool, is the only amenity that would have improved the stay.

Great vacation home in Oyama

This is a wonderful home on a great property with a superb view. The home has great indoor and outdoor space with room for a large group. We also liked the close access to Oyama and the Rail Trail for cycling. Robin made the booking and check-in process easy with excellent communication and support.

Overpriced for the value

We traveled as 2 families (9 people total) and stayed at this property for a week. We have the following comments based on coming to Lake Country for the last 6 years staying in a variety of places (condo’s, houses, etc). Positive thoughts on the property: • Great central location within close proximity to beaches Great communication with Robin on entry • Amazing views • Beautiful house for 2 people and has great privacy • Amazing décor • Good access to rail trail (although large hill to hike up/down😊) Constructive criticism: • Communication fell apart once we left the property • The beds in the house are not hotel grade and need to be replaced. Especially the beds on the lower floor are not to the quality they should be considering we are paying a high amount per night. When kids complain about beds you know you have an issue. • The air conditioning must work properly. The unit could not keep up to the heat and seemed to not even exist on the lower wing. Everyone was uncomfortable for the entire trip. • Although the views are amazing, you need to have blinds on the master bedroom and main floor. Unless you like to wake up with the sun it is just too bright to sleep. • The fridge is undersized for 2 families staying for the week. I would suggest a second fridge in the basement for cold beverages and ice cream while the primary fridge can serve for food storage. • The second (upper) drawer on the dishwasher is broken and should be replaced. • Beach towels are not provided and should be available for guests considering the close proximity to the beach. All other properties we have stayed at have provided these. After the trip we reviewed the past reviews, and it looks like many of our issues have been brought up in the past. Unfortunately, we didn’t review those comments prior to booking (or they are not always visible depending on the page). There is only 1 bedroom on the main level…so everyone else is on the lower level. We did feel that some financial compensation would be fair considering some of our major needs were not met and the high price of the rental. However, discussions with Robin quickly stopped (she wouldn’t respond or answer her phone) once a compensation amount was discussed. It is our opinion that there are way better properties for half the price and people should book elsewhere. Darcy O’Brien

The host was super friendly and helpful, gave clear instructions, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The home is absolutely beautiful and well done. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the back patio, overlooking the lake.
