Although there isn't a convenience store or liquor store at European Village, there are some just a few minutes away. European Village does have several restaurants, shops, bars and night life not to mention the Farmer's Market on Sunday's. We’re glad to hear you found the condo clean and well-stocked, and that our team provided smooth check-in and responsive communication throughout your stay—those are areas we always strive to excel in. While we manage and maintain the condo itself, the atmosphere of the broader European Village complex is managed by a separate entity. That said, we always pass along guest feedback in hopes that it contributes to continued improvements. It’s worth noting that the building and area are safe. Access to the condos above the restaurants and shops is secured with a key fob, and the surrounding neighborhood is a popular and desirable location. Many locals and visitors enjoy the walkable trails, shops, and restaurants in and around the European Village. Matthew, thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. When you emailed us regarding the cleanliness of the unit, I informed you that the cleaner had thoroughly cleaned the space, and our inspector went out to take pictures of the unit after cleaning. These photos, which are time and date-stamped, show that the unit was in good condition. After sharing the proof of cleanliness with you, your tone in the email shifted, and you mentioned that you just wanted to document your concerns. Regarding the shower head and water pressure, we found no issues during our inspection, and as this is a multi-unit, multi-building complex, there can occasionally be slight differences in water pressure between units, which is outside of our control. You even replied with, "I'm happy. Thanks for your timely response." Based on your message, it seemed you were satisfied with our prompt attention to your concerns. We always aim to provide the best possible experience, and I’m sorry that we weren’t able to fully meet your expectations during your stay. Best Regards, Valarie
