Good Find, Good Price

Came into town for the Daytona 500 and to spend a week in Florida. Place was as advertised, plenty of space, quiet neighborhood, and close to anything that you'd need during your stay. Important note for those who like to watch tv in bed, there are no TVs in the bedrooms themselves, just the living room.Would stay again.

Pleasant property

Liked the property, well stocked, clean, etc. Didn't realize the backyard was shared, kind of awkward with someone there and having the dog with us, but worked out. Fenced in yard was nice! Good location to get to things around us we wanted to do.

Birthday Surprise

This place was cute, clean, and big enough for my family with no problem. I appreciate the quick communication and extra help when we thought we lost something in the rental after check out! This was a great place to stay while we surprised our family, that lives in town, at a surprise birthday party! Mahalo nui loa from our ohana.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable. The owners had recently fenced in the rest of the backyard so we were able to enjoy the backyard all by ourselves. Lots to do close by. We were able to walk on the wilderness trails just minutes from the home. The home is located very close to a Publix and restaurants. We went to Anthony’s seafood Market and was able to cook a wonderful dinner at the house

A Gem of a Place!

We have stayed at many places on our travels through the area and were thrilled to find Xenia’s place. It was finished very nicely, one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at anywhere (and we rent regularly), had super comfortable beds, a garage to pull our packed car into, and some coffee and tea to boot. Plus she was really quick with communication! Really can’t say enough good things. We just hope it’s available next time we’re passing through.

Crisp, Clean, and Cute

I was in town for a conference and just needed a place to crash. The pictures don't do it justice. I was very comfortable and enjoyed being there. It is a duplex and the hosts live next door. They were very responsive and helpful. The only negative is that I am returning to the area in the middle of June and it is already booked for the days I need :-)

We are a big family of five. We have moved to Florida from California, where we lived for 20 years. We have been hosting in California for two years, and now we host in Florida for several months. We love to host.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. Everything you need is very close by. Two community pools are around the corner $4 entrance fee. The yoga class at the Community Center is 10 minutes away by car (some fee). A very beautiful trail with pine forests and canals is 5 minutes away by car. We love to bicycle there (please see the picture). Restaurants such as Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse are within 10 minutes. Historical Flagler Beach and A1A are 15 minutes away with a lot of unique restaurants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Two-bedroom duplex unit with a fenced backyard. We do not have a . We are very quiet and do not bother our guests, and we are nearby if you need us. Everything else is completely private and separate. You will have your own one car garage with 4 car spots in front of it. The unit is equipped with whole-house water filters. Private entrance , private screened patio, private garage. In the house we have smart TV with complimentary HBO Max, Pull out Queen Size Sofa, Inflatable Air Mattress upon request, Wi-Fi, Office/Work-station, Hair Dryer, Iron/Ironing Board, Air Conditioner, Microwave, Stove, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Washer and Dryer, BBQ propane grill. We have everything you need for your stay.

"This duplex was in a very quiet neighborhood with the owner in the adjoining unit. The house was impeccably clean and had adequate kitchen supplies and utensils. The bag of coffee was an added bonus. The king bed was very comfortable as was the living room sofa. We really liked the town of Palm Coast because there were many parks and walking areas to visit, plus the closeby beach area. Publix, Walmart and other stores were within
a few minutes drive."
