Great location in the heart of the strip, just across the street from the lake. The place is small, but cozy. The wood ceiling and beams are charming. Tiny bathroom/shower combo.

Cute apartment in a great location right downtown. Easy to walk everywhere. Parking on the street was pretty crowded, but we found a space close by. And we were able to store our bicycles outside the apartment in a fenced in area that was extremely convenient. Overall, an excellent value!

Nice clean place. The AC unit in the bedroom was a little noisy. It didn't bother us but if your a light sleeper it might bother you.

Exactly as listed/expected! Great price and great location. It was so nice to be able to stop back at the place any time we wanted throughout the day. Easy to find and simple check-in process. Only notes I have is it was hard to find street parking so be prepared for this! The bathroom was also very small (as expected) so keep that in mind. It’s a great spot for a quick trip and small group.

BEST VALUE - Cozy Stay with AMAZING Location!

Beautiful home for our weekend stay with a location that is VERY IDEAL for those who plan to spend time walking between shops and restaurants in Saugatuck. Bed was extremely comfortable and made it easy to nap on the one rainy afternoon we experienced during our stay. We fully endorse this is the best value for the money due to the location and quaint uniqueness of the property!
