The Space:
Designed to maximise natural light and sea breezes, this unit remains practical and is perfect for coastal living.
The large, modern kitchen features an island bench top, custom cabinetry and an abundance of utensils and appliances. Feature lighting illuminates the kitchen and dining area that contains seating for eight. Carrying on from the dining area is the cosy yet spacious living room with comfortable couches, a smart flatscreen TV and an electric fireplace. This room offers the ultimate abode to cosy up in the cooler months in front of the crackling, gas fireplace that is easy to use and emits excellent heat. Challenge your family or friends and play one of the many board games provided or simply sit back and soak in the soothing sounds of the waves below at Kings Beach. The million dollar ocean views are invited inside by the large sliding doors that open out onto the balcony. The balcony is complete with alfresco dining for eight, a BBQ and two lounge chairs that create the ultimate coffee or cocktail spot.
Characterised by coastal accents and tasteful decor, the master bedroom acts as an amazing, romantic escape for any couples or parents wanting some privacy. Sink into the plush king-sized bed while watching a movie on the smart TV. The ensuite pertaining to the master is modern and luxurious with a his and hers vanity, a walk-in shower and toilet. The second and third bedroom are both tastefully decorated and each contain a comfortable queen-sized bed, a mirrored wardrobe and ceiling fan. With ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, the apartment stays cool all year round. The modern main bathroom consists of a spacious vanity and sink, a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet located just off from the master bedroom. The laundry room features an enormous washer and dryer that will ensure all of your holiday outfits are fresh and ready for the entirety of your stay. There is also a backdoor balcony equipped with an outdoor clothesline.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with two underground car spaces in the garage. There is also free street parking available.

Conveniently located in Kings Beach, wander down to the water's edge for a swim in the surf or a dip in the saltwater sea-pool, have a bite to eat at one of the boutique cafes, watch your children play on the playground or water play area or take a scenic stroll along the 25 kilometre coastal boardwalk and soak in the amazing views.

The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 1km away (3-minute drive) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
