We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The porch and lake view were amazing. The cabin might need some updates, but it didn't impact our stay.

Peaceful and relaxing lake front escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What pleasant stay. Lake right out the door. Kayaks to use and were used. A fire pit for an evening fire(we did not take advantage of it), wrap around deck with grill. Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice.The 2nd bath was nicely updated. TV in living area easy to use. The beds were comfortable but did slope to the center allowing you tobe close to your love one. There were some issues that should be addressed. The outside is in need of TLC. The window seals need to be refreshed and the wood is in of new stain. All outside solar spotlights not working making it difficult at night.The light switches were an adventure wondering what controlled what. Some labels would be helpful. There were no extra trash bags. The master bathroom had carpet. Probably remove it for rugs. The master shower only has 1 control, hot and hotter. As info, the basement was unlocked and there was a gun in there. The issues did not take away from enjoying the property and our stay. Correcting the issues would be easy and enhance the property. We would definitely stay there again. Easy access to the area with major stores nearby.

The place was on a beautiful lake that was serene and calm. The perfect place to stay when you are in town for a funeral.

Weekend at Bass Lake

This property fit our needs perfectly! The spacious living/dining/kitchen, the screen porch, the wrap around deck, the fire pit and small dock were just what we needed for our weekend. So wonderfully secluded yet close to town!

Bass Lake Fun

The cabin and property were a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Beautiful lakefront setting. The cabin is stocked with everything you might possibly need for the kitchen, etc. The artwork and photography around the house were very interesting and appreciated. Nice touch. Overall great time.

We had an amazing four nights here. There was so much to do at the lake house, so much to enjoy around the area. The dock nights fishing were the best! Thank you!

Excellent place; well equipped, comfortable, really enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, lakeside seating, screen porch, loved the location for all our excursions. The USER name provided for the wi-fi was incorrect. We eventually figured out the ATT network that came up was the one to use. We then could use the password. We would love to stay again sometime. Wonderful experience,

Birthday Getaway

Everything was wonderful the view, the location, the convenience and the property. The only issue is the beds. They arr not comfortable one bit. We slept in all three bedrooms and all of the beds are not comfortable.

1st trip to the TC area.

Property managers were top notch when it came to communication. Cabin was exactly as described. Very nice for our family of 5. It was at the end of a 1.5 mile drive which was very secluded. Exactly what we were looking for. The no AC was only a problem at night, since we were gone most of the days. But we knew ahead that there was no AC. And that part of the lake is pretty shallow. So the kids didn’t get much swimming in. But we would def book it again. Very relaxing and peaceful home.

Overall nice property

If you need reliable internet connection, this is not the property for you! Weather was miserable so instead of enjoying outdoor activities we were relegated to the small tv without stereo sound, bootlegged dvds, and games. Master en suite bathroom was weird. I'm only 5'5" and had to crotch to get under the showerhead. Drainage in the 2nd bathroom (main bathroom) sink was abysmal. Kids had to wash hands and brush teeth in kitchen sink. Kitchen cookware was a bit sketchy and bought bottled water to drink. Everything was clean and comfortable, but definitely not a luxury stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A (1990’s?) manufactured home on beautiful lake property. Rating 4 instead of five primarily due to very slow internet—( this is a significant problem if you have work zoom meetings, or you have other work relying on internet. Frequent buffering and pixilation of roku streaming also)We arrived 4:20 pm, and house had not been cleaned— management company apologized and sent housekeepers out and we could use it shortly after6 pm. Mice droppings on kitchen counter each am.Despite those negatives, we had a wonderful time and it was simply lovely there!(Note to owners: please look into upgrading the internet and we could rate it a 5—have stayed on Green Lake with capable internet, so faster service seems to be available?) Again its a beautiful home and location — we loved our time there— thank you so much for sharing it and we hope to be able to return next year!

This is a cute looking cabin on a pretty lake. Unfortunately, there are long-standing problems with the primary bath, which leaks from around the tub faucet down a short wall to the area in front of the toilet, and soaked the bathroom carpeting. The rental company called a plumber but these are systemic issues that would require a homeowner repair. The plumber removed an access door to the tub, which revealed extensive mold and mildew, also found in the wet carpet. The odor and damp carpet made the bathroom —and that bedroom, due to odor- unusable for 2 days. The shower fixture in that bathroom is loose, not bolted into the wall. It seemed unsafe, in danger of falling. The plumber said that would require a homeowner repair. There also seem to be animals in the walls. We heard them scrabbling in the evenings in all three bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were fine. But on the whole this was an unsatisfactory rental for our group of three women, especially given the price. We will be seeking reduction in the rent.

Also, smell from the water and master bedroom blinds are “see through”, holes in the floor molding and access panel for jacuzzi tub not secured to the wall.
