This place is beautiful and fit 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly without us stepping over each other. The view was fantastic and the balcony was perfect size. Everything is walkable since it's right on the boardwalk.

Great location!

Very comfortable condo that was a perfect fit for our family. Wonderful location right on the boardwalk that was convenient to the beach and easy walking to shops and restaurants.

Family beach vacation

Place was as described and accurate and was clean. Carpets could have been cleaner mattresses could have been more comfortable for the price overall a very nice place to stay.

Very nice place and location

Place was in excellent condition. Upon arriving, we were impressed with how clean the property was. There were 8 of us staying there, and we had room to spare.

Great location, perfect for stay with adult children and an infant with 3 dedicated bedrooms. Some of the units in Regency have 2 bedrooms with an alcove bed. Loved having all the bedrooms on the back part of condo and not on the boardwalk side!!

Great property in a great location. Far enough away from the boardwalk crowd but still on the boards. Very clean condo with modern appliances. Great balcony to enjoy my morning cup of coffee and see the sunrise.

Amazing family beach week in OC, MD!

Our whole family had a wonderful experience and a great stay at this condo right on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. Everything was exactly as advertised & we couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including kitchenware, toiletries, and supplies. We purchased the additional linen package and I'd highly recommend it - would definitely stay here again!

Condo was beautiful. Check in was a hassle. We went to check in at 2:50pm. They would not give us the keys until 3pm. Understandable. But when we got there, the inspector lady was still in the condo. Understandable. EXCEPT the master bed had blood and semen all over the mattress cover and the master bathroom sink was clogged and filled with water. Now I could see if we asked for early check in, but to miss such obviously things, was not acceptable. The reservation company came and fixed these items right away but it was fact that something so prominent was missed with cleaning AND inspection. Condo is described and expected but the managment of the property is less than desirable. Despite all of this, I would stay here again with our family.
