Ocean Front Condo sur la promenade

Profitez de magnifiques vues sur l'océan, se promener sur la plage et la promenade, nager dans l'océan, tester la piscine, essayer restaurants et magasins bien situés. Les trois niveaux de la copropriété permet calme et d'intimité tout en ayant encore le confortable salon et salle à manger pour des activités partagées. ... et ai-je mentionné le shopping ??

Le condo a deux balcons. Voir le soleil éclater à l'horizon de l'Est balcon! Regarder la célÚbre or, couchers de soleil Ocean City se tournent vers mauve et le violet de notre balcon visualisation Ouest. Vous pouvez choisir de sortir ou de rester, il ya tellement de choses à apprécier. Notre condo est situé dans le centre-ville idéal avec des boutiques intéressantes, la promenade et bayfishing et sports nautiques à proximité. Il n'y a aucune nécessité de lutter contre les embouteillages.

This condo is very convenient to the beach and restaurants on the boardwalk. The condo has a washer and dryer so you can wash clothes before you go back home which is great. The condo is family friendly and has a pool if you don’t want to get in the ocean. Liked sitting on the balcony as we like to people watch.

Beautiful view, clean and excellent

We stayed here for a long weekend in Oct 2024. Enjoyed morning sunrises over the ocean from the balcony and closeness to the boardwalk and pier during the day. Great location and exactly as described

Meeting friends

My husband and I enjoyed this property. It is close to restaurants and things to do. We have rented this property for several years now to meet with our friends from West Virginia. It is convenient to everything.

Great stay, great location

This was our first time staying on the boardwalk, we usually stay in other parts of town. This condo was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the inlet and close to two playgrounds great for kids. The condo was clean, the layout was funky in the best way possible and the views were beautiful!

Overall, very nice stay. Some nearby construction noise during the day...fortunately, weather was nice & we were on the beach. Owner very organized & responsive. Yes, we would not hesitate recommending to others or staying there again.

Loved it

Great location. Loved that it had two balcony’s. One overlooking the boardwalk , beach and ocean and another had an awesome view of the bay. Will definitely come again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location - oceanfront / boardwalk is great! The condo is charming
 nice balcony off the living room overlooking the boardwalk and beach. There is a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the bay. The kids loved their bedroom. We were very pleased with everything!

Best location!

We have stayed at El Capitan in the past but this year tried a new unit and we are so glad we did. It was so clean, code on the door made it easy to not keep track of the keys all week, people watching from the deck is always so fun and our host was so easy to work with! We already booked again for next year!!!

Short Trip to the Boardwalk

The pictures on VRBO do not do this condo justice. It is very nice, very clean, very spacious and perfectly located. We will be back multiple times to this condo I'm certain.

Great Condo

This is our 3rd time staying in this condo, it has amazing views, you literally can not get any better view of the ocean sunrise and sunsets. The condo is so clean and welcoming right away as soon as you walk in the door. We absolutely love staying here and the owner is awesome and on top of everything with booking and answering any questions.

Amazing spot

This was our first vacation and a great time to celebrate our little ladies first birthday. The condo was immaculate and perfectly located right on the boardwalk which was great. We would definitely go back as soon as we are able to book. The owner was so responsive and quickly fixed a little issue we had. We loved the place. 5 stars for sure

OC Vacation with friends

We come to Ocean City every year to spend time with our friends. We have stayed here several times because we want to be close to where our friends stay. We like that this condo is convenient to everything and is on the boardwalk. It is clean when we arrive and has all the necessary amenities. We like the fact that instead of keys to enter the condo the owner now gives you an electronic code to enter which is more convenient.

Very Nice

The condo was clean and comfortable. The high floor and oceanfront balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. Oven worked well. Washer/dryer was very nice. Location was perfect right on the boardwalk. Only one elevator wasn’t the best and no ramp to bring luggage cart back and forth from car.

This condo has been in our family since the late 1970's. Our parents purchased this in their retirement. It has been a place that the whole family has enjoyed for many years. We loved the convenience of the beach and Boardwalk when our children were young. Then as they grew older we still loved the location. Now that it time for our grandchildren, we love to see the joy all over again. My husband is a Charter Boat Captain and the convenience to fishing was also another plus. We have always been happy that our parents made such a wise purchase. This condo has given us many happy memories and we are still collecting them today.
