Area Attractions:

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown. Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

Great location! Very close to fort Pickens and peg leg Pete’s. The pool was very big. My kids really enjoyed it. The booking was exact, almost to a fault. Don’t expect to check in not a single minute early. Check in will be exactly at 4 pm. Don’t dare check out late either, they threaten to charge extra money if you are one minute past 10am check out. Wasn’t mad about it. They must run a very tight schedule. Being a local to Pensacola, it’s always been my experience, condos are little more gracious with a check in a little early. If you are visiting Pensacola for the first time, this is a great location. The best seafood restaurant, peg leg Pete’s is right next door. This condo has a private dock that leads to the sound. We stayed on the dock until late fishing. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo! My second time here and will be back during off season!

Went for our annual girls trip. The location was wonderful! Beautiful view of the sound and beach access across the street. Just a few minute drive from the main shopping and dining areas of Pensacola Beach. Peg Leg Pete's next door was a plus! The unit itself was clean just very sterile. To be fair the listing pics are accurate but feels more cold and sterile while actually there. I do not like overly decorated or cluttered but this unit could use at least something on the walls. The ice maker on fridge did not work but we needed ice anyway so we just got it at the store next door. The pool here is HUGE and clean and is honestly what brings us back to Santa Rosa Dunes for past few years. Overall we would have liked this condo and would rent again if not for the beds. The main room queen bed was OK with the pillow tipper and was actually a queen bed, but the 2 beds in the other room were a stretch to call twin beds. They are narrow and short and even at 5'9 my feet hung off bottom of bed. The very thin mattress and unstable beds made sleep difficult and resulted in back pain. If you have small children going in that room it would be fine however I do not recommend for adults. My friend slept in the couch it was so bad. Communication was mostly good although I was told to text this number if any questions and a few texts went unanswered and was able to get answer through VRBO messenger. Overall good place just do not recommend planning for adults other than main bedroom.

This condo is very minimalistic but has everything you need. Bed was comfy, w/d worked well, nice fridge, not very many pots/pans but enough for what we needed.

Met our needs

We stayed at the Santa Rosa 425. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It started off a little rough but the management was very proactive and took care of every concern we had. The location is close to the beach and the inground pool. We used the pool everyday. We would stay here again.

Great property!

We had extended family in for Thanksgiving. This unit allowed them to be nearby to our own unit in the same facility. Unit is totally updated and minimalistic - allows for plenty of room to spread out. Amenities were plentiful and the view is beautiful. Easy in and out of facility and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Huge pool.

Nice updated Condo

Everything was super clean, modern and updated. It didn’t have the typical 90s style beach decor, which I loved. I didn’t have the door code in my portal when I checked in, called the property manager and they got me taken care of quickly.

Good trip

We enjoyed our time here. It would have been nice to have a table for eating, playing cards, etc. There were bar stools next to a large kitchen island but two were set up flush against the island with no room for legs (uncomfortable) and the other two didn’t have quite enough leg room and blocked access to drawers. Not really a good set up. Otherwise the unit had zero decoration. A picture of a seagull or sailboat or something really would have brightened it up.

Just Enough / Nothing More

Overall, we had a great vacation. Condo was newly renovated and nice. Had everything necessary (to a certain extent) and nothing more. No unnecessary furniture taking up space and no beach “flair” plastered throughout like most condos. A little disappointed bc the listing included a toaster and blender which weren’t actually in the condo but in the grand scheme of things, not a huge deal. A few other minor annoyances but nothing that would cause us not to stay again. A quick walk to the beach and the pool was amazing!
