The unit was absolutely awesome, we spent TONS of time on the balcony just enjoying the views and chitchat. Beds were comfy and unit was very clean and well stocked. The second bedroom NEEDS DARK THICK CURTAINS and most rentals of such scale have ceiling fans. We had a little snafu upon checking in but they got it remedied within an hour and gave us the missing hour on the backend(checkout). Don't even have to tote the trash down, there's a shoot just down the hall, perfection. Did I mention the BALCONY VIEWS!!!!!!! Our 4 night stay wasn't enough, we should've just stayed a week. Living room need sun blocking curtains also, mainly to reduce sunlight hampering the AC. Balcony furniture needs replaced, rusting and falling apart, was picking up broken-off plastic pieces the whole stay. For an upscale rental the toilet paper was BAD and abrasive, straight John Wayne stuff, lol. Lots of parking, secure parking lot, 3 layer security for building including parking lot gate. WiFi was adequate and stable, water was hard, had to rinse off thoroughly and double rinse laundry. We would defiantly stay again.

When can we go again?!

This property was wonderful! It was spacious and had wonderful views of the sound. It was an outstanding spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We were happy with the location and the pool and tennis court were great.we are hoping to visit again!

Clean cute condo

My sister and I got together for a girls weekend. It was a perfect place for us. Close to the beach but not the beach craziness. We really enjoyed this property.

Knockout views!

The condo is beautiful and roomy. The views, as stated, are incredible! The property mgmt was very attentive and helpful. The only "complaint" I might issue was no coffee filters (paper towels work great), 2 rolls of TP for 2 bathrooms and a weeks stay is not going to cut it. The pillows really need an upgrade. These are so minute and overall we had a wonderful stay - thank you!

Girls trip

Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with the gated Community! Everything was perfect! This was a girls trip and the security was an added bonus! Beautiful views, located near everything, well lit and family oriented! This made for a wonderful 1st experience booking through VRBO! We are looking forward to doing this again for years to come!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
