It was a beautiful stay

Great Stay

They are so old everything sticks to the surface and are almost unusable. Also, some type of grab bars in the master bath would be helpful.

A short walk to Kamaole Beach III topped the location. The condo layout was also perfect with cross ventilation front to back. Loved it.

Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here Was well equipped spacious and pleasant to the eye Well located for us Easy access to everything The only complaint we had was that their carpets need to be cleaned and our two outdoor living areas should have been swept for us My wife had to sweep them herself. Supplies like beach towels and beach chairs was a nice added feature It would have been nice to know they were available as we had rented some prior to coming Overall we would highly recommend these accommodations

Great Trip!!

The king bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning saved us!!The location of Maui Kamaole was very good. We were minutes away from the beaches and great places to eat. I would definitely come back. Maui Condowas very helpful and professional. I would use them again as well. A wonderful trip!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice Location, Quiet, Good ocean view. close to sunset view point. Very expensive. We will try another location for next time. Odds and ends such as toaster and coffee maker could be replaced. Good amount of beach toys, umbrellas ect.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would have been very satisfied with this condo if there hadn't been numerous roaches skittering across the counters in the kitchen. We asked to be moved after the first night, but coincidentally, the only units available were other 1st floor one bedrooms. They offered another unit at a different property. We inspected it and found dead roaches on the floor there. We asked for a 2nd floor unit but were told repeatedly those were all 2 bedroom and they had none available. We finally accepted another unit with a beautiful ocean view but was not on the same property as the condos of our 3 children's families and with no air conditioning or laundry facilities in the condo. This was planned as a once in a lifetime vacation for our whole family of 18. After many many phone calls and much time devoted to trying to resolve the issues, they first offered us $100. Of course we refused. Considering it was a $3112 rental, the offer was pathetic. Eventually after many more conversations, they offered more, but still very small relative to the lost time and even more, the inconvenience and disappointment of being separated from the rest of our family.

Not beautifully remodeled but great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location needing some attention is the best way to describe this unit. The views are magnificent and with a short walk to the beach an ideal location at Maui Kamaole. The unit itself is ok, but is in need of some care and maintenance. All of the bifold doors need repair / replacement, the carpets are all stained, coffee maker is on it's last legs, cutlery and glassware are old and better suited to a remote cabin somewhere, dishwasher is at the end of it's life, bathrooms need a serious updating, AV is ancient. AC is very good, likewise the bed but the bed linens need to go. We loved the location, but charging premium price for a tired unit is a bit cheeky. If it has been remodeled it hasn't been for a long while

Outstanding experience

The 1 bed 2 bath Condo in the Maui Kamaole complex was everything and more that we could want. Easy walk to the beautiful Kamaole III Beach, great eating options within minutes and two grocery store options if we choose to eat in. The condo had a good view of the ocean, we even saw whales from our lanai! The Condo pools were big enough for swimming, yet small enough not to get too noisy. All beautifully done and comfortable. We stayed in H106, which was very clean and comfortable. The Tiki Lounge in the downtown area was one of the best burgers I have ever had; however, the STEWZ burgers down by Starbucks were the most unique flavor. Both a great price and would go back in a second. For fancier dining, Lahaina is only about 40 minutes south. Lots of fun kiosks and shops to browse through. Whale watching right off the Kehei dock, which is walking distance from the condo. Our time was just not long enough. I felt that the rates for this time of year were very competitive. My thanks to the property manager, Jeffy, for her assistance. This was a last minute booking and she was awesome!

Picturesque and serene

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at Maui Kamaole H106. We loved it! The condo was more then perfect for us, with a large master and 2 bathrooms. 2 outdoor spaces have us plenty of options! Also the water view was perfect for spotting whales and taking in all the beautiful flowers. We extremely enjoyed access to the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella a beach towels! Thank you so much!! We hope to stay there again!!

October 2019 Stay

We were very pleased with the condo @ Maui Kamaole. . Great unit on ground floor. With spectacular view of ocean. The upgrades were nice . Carpet could be replaced . As for the overall condition very nice. TV remotes were a bit difficult to figure out. Great vacation . Loved being across from beach and thanks to owner for leaving umbrellas and beach chairs .

Great condo, all the things.

Plenty of beach gear in the condo! Chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon! Wish I would’ve known that before I rented the stuff. All in all a great place.

July 2017 Stay

Wonderful condo! It is very spacious and it was large enough for a family of four. The furniture is beautiful (nicer than the pictures show) and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The location is right at the front of the resort and you have a great ocean view. This condo was very clean and I would recommend it to anyone.
