This beautiful direct oceanfront two-bedroom/two-bath condo is located just steps from the beach in the peaceful Luana Kai complex! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, morning walks along five miles of Sugar Beach, and stunning views of the ocean, Haleakala, and the West Maui Mountains. Watch for whales in the winter, play tennis, or relax on the lawn with a game of pickleball. This is truly a hidden gem—close to dining, shopping, and everything you need for the perfect Maui getaway!

Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort! This ground floor unit opens directly onto the lanai with easy access to the beach, pool, and lush tropical grounds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, and everything needed for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The living room offers a cozy place to unwind with comfortable seating, small TV and WiFi. There is a full-size washer and dryer, plus new tile flooring throughout for a fresh and clean feel.

Perfect location!

We loved the patio, view, and access to the park, where we played a ton of pickleball.Pool and BBQ area was refreshed and clean. New washer dryer was great, along with the fridge but other appliances could use an upgrade. All in all a great value!

Paradise!

This place truly lives up to its name—Maui True Paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unobstructed oceanfront views—absolutely breathtaking.The unit itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the A/C worked great when we needed it (though the ocean breeze usually did the trick!).The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Napili. There’s even a small beach right out front.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything incredibly easy. You can tell they take pride in providing a top-notch experience.Highly recommend!

Great property overlooking the water

Property is exactly as advertised (the lead photo is the same view we enjoyed every day). I am so glad we chose this complex and not one of those across the road from the beach, as seeing whales from our patio, watching the sun set, etc. really added to the experience.We talked to other guests who say they have been coming to this resort for decades and would not go anywhere else!.

Great location

Unit is right on the lawn separating the building from the beach with beautiful views. 30 second walk to beach. If the beach is the primary focus of your location, there are better swimming beaches (Kameole) a 10 minute drive down the road, but the beach here is uncrowded and great for sunrise/sunset or just sitting. Unit was clean. Furnishings are a bit dated, but unit seemed priced accordingly. Air conditioner did not work on arrival but property manager responded within minutes on a Saturday evening and had someone out the next day to get it working.

The property was well cared for and absolutely gorgeous. This was our 4th stay at this property and it was by far the best condo we have stayed in. They were very responsive when we had an issues and they got the problem fixed fast.

The perfect spot in Maui

It’s our first stay at Luana Kai and we couldn’t have found a better spot along Kihei’s coastline. Central Island location north of Kihei which gives you the best place to visit all of the Islands best spots and very close to everyday shops in town. Excellent and super fast communication with Malinee made our stay even easier and the condo and complex had great facilities and beach access. We can only hope we get to visit here again and would love to keep it a secret!

Amazing Location and Views

This was my very first vrbo rental and I was very skeptical. It was AMAZING. The realtor was very communicative at every step of the way and answered all my questions prior to renting and was very quick to resolve any issues once we got there. The home is so wonderful - you lay in bed and see the ocean from the master and living room. Having such a large room was wonderful with 2 beds and 2 baths. The one room had twin beds so each of my adult kids had their own bed and I got the master lol! They had great a/c and fans in every room. The only thing I didn't find was any sugar (lol) - but everything else was there including an ice-maker! I will definitely rent again!

Super responsive Host

Last minute booking after evacuating west Maui. The unit had everything we needed to clean up. I appreciate they offered beach towels and equipment. I would definitely stay there again. The binder was super helpful.

A perfect spot in South Maui

This condo was perfect for my wife and I, and our 2 teenage daughters. It's located on the North end of Kihei, close to everything we wanted to do. This ground floor unit has a nice patio that overlooks the park and ocean. It's a short walk to the water, on a beach that is nice for relaxing. The ocean here is shallow, and the beach has some rocks on it, but it didn't stop us from getting in the water. The complex has a great pool/hot tub area with multiple grilles for guest use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui! Malinee was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to requests. A great condo, host, and location!
