Cottage House avec vue incroyable sur le lac

Cette fantastique maison de campagne a une vue magnifique sur le lac Seneca! Une promenade pratique de 10 minutes le long du lac vers les restaurants du centre-ville de Watkins Glen et les magasins et destinations touristiques.
La maison a un salon, un salon comprenant une X-box et des jeux, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger, 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Vous pouvez dormir confortablement 10 personnes! Deux chambres avec lits doubles à l'étage. Une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux au premier étage et une chambre avec lits superposés avec un lit double et un lit superposé au large de la salle à manger qui comprend une télévision et sa propre salle de bain et sortie! Cette maison est idéale pour les familles ou les groupes qui souhaitent profiter du lac et des vignobles de la région, explorer le village, le parc d'État de Watkins Glen ou la piste de course internationale de Watkins Glen. Passez la journée en ville, puis détendez-vous sur la terrasse extérieure avec un verre de vin surplombant le magnifique lac Seneca. Grand parking sur la propriété et la rue adjacente à la maison.

We are a group of two couples, no kids. The house is adorable, had all conveniences one could ask for (other than dishwasher but no big deal). Everything we needed was labeled and easy to locate. Gorgeous view, perfect location for a nice walk into town but far enough so you aren’t right in town. Short drive to the park. We loved it!

The rental was very cozy and had decent views of the lake. It is very convenient to town, kayak launch, parks & trails, wineries and shopping. The kitchen was functional and it was very clean. The one and only drawback is the lower road along the lake has a stream of trucks from the salt plant most of the day. This ends in the evening thouigh and it was very peaceful when sleeping. I would stay there again.

Green Point Getaway is a fabulous place to truly relax and unwind. The home is family built, owned, and lovingly cared for. The location is perfect- fabulous views can be enjoyed from ample and comfortable patio space, and the house is on a quiet road that is also conveniently close to the harbor and all the Main Street Watkins Glen action. Julie is a warm and responsive host, and she adds so many special little touches that really enhanced our stay. Everything is labeled for ease of use, bathrooms are well-stocked with towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, and there is a binder full of detailed information about all there is to enjoy in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward to our return next year!

This house is amazing! It is very clean, organized and has anything you need. Close to Watkins Glen and not long drives to wineries. Julie is a wonderful host. Wonderful stay in Watkins Glen!We had a fantastic experience at this house during our Finger Lakes getaway. Julie was fabulous. She was quick to answer every question we had and generous with thorough, local information that helped us plan our itinerary around our interests (wine tastings, hiking, and exploring downtown). That kind of attentiveness made the whole trip easier to plan and enjoy.The house itself was exactly as described: spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was incredibly convenient, putting us close to downtown Watkins Glen and many of the area’s attractions, wineries, and restaurants.We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Finger Lakes region!

This charming home is perfectly situated overlooking Seneca Lake and walking distance from the center of Watkins Glen. It had a very relaxing vibe and plenty of space for three adults. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive, and the home was both well maintained and provisioned. This is the third VRBO we have stayed at in that area, and it is our favorite!

Julie’s home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Everything that you would need was provided and labels made everything easy to find and use. It was so relaxing to sit on the patio and enjoy the lake view. Being able to walk to restaurants in town was an added bonus. The home was clean and charming. Communicating with Julie was so easy. We highly recommend this property.

Love this place!

This was our second time staying here and hopefully it won’t be the last! It’s so cute and comfortable and Julie thinks of anything one could need while there. The view and location are unbeatable!

What a magical weekend. I can't think of a more perfect place to stay in Watkins Glen. The view of the lake was gorgeous, it was a quick, easy walk into town, and the house was charming. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Wonderful property with beautiful views, if I could’ve given it six stars I would’ve. It’s perfect for a relaxing stay or if you’re looking for things to do the Gorge, wineries, lakes, town, etc are all nearby. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. Exceptional property!

Our location had a beautiful lake view! The property was clean and well kept with everything our family needed for a great time. We had great communication with the property owner as she was full of information on activities, restaurants, wineries, etc. Would love to return again!

Hello and welcome to Green Point!
My Grandfather bought this property in 1929 to woo my Grandmother to marry him! It worked! His name was Willis Green and he built my Grandma Sophie a house and painted it Green like their last name! I wonder if he knew that their daughter would end up coming back home to live with them and their granddaughters would end up living there as teenagers. My Mother always told me " the lake brings us back". She was right.
Fast forward and the fact is.... we just can't let this family treasure go.
Please enjoy what we love dearly. This house, town and region has so much to offer!
My husband Joe and I both graduated from Watkins Glen and now live in Rochester and have two children that are young adults now. When we retire we plan to move here!
My sister Jodi graduated from Watkins Glen and now lives in Canandaigua with her husband and two children!
We all clean and maintain the property collectively and enjoy time at the house anytime we can!
