Cette fantastique maison de campagne a une vue magnifique sur le lac Seneca! Une promenade pratique de 10 minutes le long du lac vers les restaurants du centre-ville de Watkins Glen et les magasins et destinations touristiques.
La maison a un salon, un salon comprenant une X-box et des jeux, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une salle Ă  manger, 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain complĂštes. Vous pouvez dormir confortablement 10 personnes! Deux chambres avec lits doubles Ă  l'Ă©tage. Une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux au premier Ă©tage et une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s avec un lit double et un lit superposĂ© au large de la salle Ă  manger qui comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision et sa propre salle de bain et sortie! Cette maison est idĂ©ale pour les familles ou les groupes qui souhaitent profiter du lac et des vignobles de la rĂ©gion, explorer le village, le parc d'État de Watkins Glen ou la piste de course internationale de Watkins Glen. Jill was excellent to deal with. Great views and location (walking distance to town). Jill provided us with great info about the area (restaurants, water falls, wineries and breweries). Cute coffee bar setup in the house. Lots of little details to make it a homey, fabulous stay.

What a magical weekend. I can't think of a more perfect place to stay in Watkins Glen. The view of the lake was gorgeous, it was a quick, easy walk into town, and the house was charming. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Love this place!

This was our second time staying here and hopefully it won’t be the last! It’s so cute and comfortable and Julie thinks of anything one could need while there. The view and location are unbeatable!

Wonderful property with beautiful views, if I could’ve given it six stars I would’ve. It’s perfect for a relaxing stay or if you’re looking for things to do the Gorge, wineries, lakes, town, etc are all nearby. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. Exceptional property!

Our location had a beautiful lake view! The property was clean and well kept with everything our family needed for a great time. We had great communication with the property owner as she was full of information on activities, restaurants, wineries, etc. Would love to return again!

I come back to this house every year with a group of friends. It is the perfect location for us to explore wineries, hike trails, and visit Watkins Glen. We love the openess of the house and exceptional outdoor living space and often spend afternoons outside enjoying the lake views. Julie is a fabulous host who has added a lot of small details to the property that make it welcoming. We plan to keep coming back!

Very warm, inviting home with beautiful lake views. Well stocked with kitchen, bath and bedroom items. Terrific coffee station! Walkable to town. We enjoyed hiking in Watkins State Park, wineries, lunch in the harbor, dinner on the lake and restaurants in town. Our host was invaluable in providing local information and was very helpful and available.

This is a beautiful, charming house with breathtaking views of Lake Seneca. Julie is very organized, clean, and made settling in a breeze for my group. She even provided lots of information about local wineries and other things to do. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio while taking in the views. The house is very close to downtown, and we were able to walk there for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was excellent. Felt right at home immediately. The beds were very comfortable. We only needed to make our breakfast and coffee for the day, otherwise we were out and enjoying the area and for us the Nascar race. But the kitchen met our needs very well.Sitting outside on the deck looking at the Lake and watching the Moon rise was beautiful. Also sitting around the fire, making our s'mores, laughing and joking.

Beautiful house and view of the lake

We had an amazing graduation weekend at this property. Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space and seating. It was a 40 minute drive to Cornell but it was definitely worth the commute. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!!

Wonderful house with a view

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything was just as described in the listing. Julie provided information on restaurants and all the local attractions; she was the best host ever! Watkins Glen State Park is spectacular and the entrance is right in town. The waterfalls around the area were amazing. I highly recommend this house and the host. We are so glad we stayed here.

Hello and welcome to Green Point!
My Grandfather bought this property in 1929 to woo my Grandmother to marry him! It worked! His name was Willis Green and he built my Grandma Sophie a house and painted it Green like their last name! I wonder if he knew that their daughter would end up coming back home to live with them and their granddaughters would end up living there as teenagers. My Mother always told me " the lake brings us back". She was right.
Fast forward and the fact is.... we just can't let this family treasure go.
Please enjoy what we love dearly. This house, town and region has so much to offer!
My husband Joe and I both graduated from Watkins Glen and now live in Rochester and have two children that are young adults now. When we retire we plan to move here!
My sister Jodi graduated from Watkins Glen and now lives in Canandaigua with her husband and two children!
We all clean and maintain the property collectively and enjoy time at the house anytime we can!
