The host was extremely helpful and communicated thru text. The place on the water was great. We were a bit surprised to share the balcony with the neighbors but thankful for only one night. Plenty of room for us. Parking could be tricky with boats/trailers and cars but it all worked out for us.I feel it could have been a bit cleaner. Some stains and I did have to clean off the balcony to use it.

Great spot for our team

We are a professional off road race team and this property was perfect for our group. Close to town and enough room to have our dinners and meetings. And what a great view!!

Great stay place was well stocked right on the river really great spot to stay on the river. Only negative was their towels are completely shabby. Lennon needed to be upgraded beds were comfortable

Weekend on the river

We have stayed in a few different rental homes on the Parker strip. This was a very nice one. Good location, good space, and nice dock.

Awesome River Resort

Amazing experience

Amazing week on the river

Nice neighborhood, launch close, dock right out the back door! Stunning sunset pictures! We had kids and grandkids and grandma! Kichen has everything you need! Great memories with for us all!

River House

Roomy and cozy stay. Pics are an accurate depiction of your stay. Master is very large and the other rooms upstairs are average size. The add on converted garage is HUGE. Hosts are very attentative to any needs. We would stay again for sure.

Ezell and Reyman

I have a large intermediate family (siblings) and I was able to rent both Townhouses that shared a wall. The dock was perfect for the bed and the sea -doo. The kitchen had everything cups, plates, soap and utensils. My family was very happy with the stay. We will be back and thank you to Robert the host that made evrythignacoomidating.

Always a great time

We’ve stayed at this home before, as always it provided everything we needed. We are a family with 2patents, 4 teenagers and a dog. This rio we brought another family, 2parents,2kids, and a dog. Home fits all 11 very comfortably. I’d advise bringing an ezup for some additional shade on the patio for afternoon shade.

Perfect for River Rats!

There were 2 grandparents, 4 adults, 6 kids (ages 18-10) and 2 dogs. The place was perfect! Everyone slept well and were comfortable with space and bathrooms. The docks are perfect for parking boat, floating or swimming. The BBQ isn’t the best but we made do and the kitchen had all the things anyone needed including a crockpot! Which for me was a great surprised and I used it twice so I could play more and cook less. We will for sure be back!

Great Stay!

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be and more! It was perfect for all of our needs. The kitchen was stocked with any kitchen need you could need (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.). The direct access to the river with the probate dock was unbeatable. The AC worked amazingly, a necessity in the 120 degree whether when we were there. A couple negatives would be the toilet paper holders were lose and kept falling off the wall in every bathroom and we had some trouble with the overhead lights in the bedrooms. Other than that, it was great. We highly recommend!

Met all of our expectations. Very clean, no problems with anything. We were there at the end of June so outside temperature was up to 104 but a/c kept inside nice and cool. Great views of the river from patio deck and upper balcony. We had our boat there and the dock was very nice. All of the pictures are very accurate. Neighbors are close as I knew from the pictures so I was a bit nervous about that but everyone was friendly respectful. Property manager was in timely contact with instructions and reminders of what we needed to do.I would not hesitate to go back again. Thank You Rob & Lynn.

Great hospitality

The house was in a great location. There were 10 of us and could have brought at least 4 more with an additional air mattress in the garage conversion. Owner was great communicating with us before and during the trip. We would definitely book this again.

Beautiful Home right on the river

This house was so nice and fully equipped with everything we needed!!! Plenty of space and plenty of beds for all 10 of us. The views are amazing and we had a great time playing in the river!!!
