Spacious home, stroll to Yallingup Beach.

This unique spacious house has a style all of its own. Caves Beach House is nestled between the iconic Caves House and the Yallingup Beach. Caves Beach House sits cliffs edge over the century old Caves House gardens. Relax in the treetops on the outside deck or open the living room bifold doors and enjoy the view. Easy living with spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms all on the top floor entry level. Down stairs is outdoor undercover games area and third bathroom/laundry.

Discover the Margaret River Wine Region from this majestic setting suitable for groups & families up to 8.

Our kitchen is large and well appointed with everything you will need to entertain. This includes a food processor, a Nutri bullet and a coffee machine filled with fresh coffee beans. The pantry is stocked with oils and vinegars, the fridge with some condiments you may need during your stay.

Down the hallway from the kitchen are four large bedrooms- 3 x Queen and 1 x King. All beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, fluffy pillows and huge wardrobes. Two bathrooms are on the top floor. An ensuite with spa is off the master suite and the other bathroom is for the other guests. There is a third bathroom downstairs.
All rooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. There is an additional cosy fire place in the living room you can use between April and the end of September.

Our outside deck sits high in the tree tops overlooking the beautiful Victorian gardens below and the majestic Lemon Scented White Gums. The deck has a dining table & chairs, BBQ and an outside heater to keep you warm during the cold winter months.
Downstairs is our laundry, a third shower and lavatory. Outside there is a spare outside fridge/ freezer and an outdoor area with table tennis table and outdoor seating.

There is a tree lined boardwalk situated out the front of the house which will lead you down to the pristine Yallingup Beach just a 10 minute walk away. Caves House is just 2 minutes away together with the local bakery and Caves Beach convenience store.

You will love this house, its serene, spacious and just a stroll to everything you will need on a holiday.

Absolutely a dream house, in a dream location, Loved our stay it’s so close to walk to the beach, set on caves house property , with the pub , the general store and bakery walking distance it’s so close to wineries and Dunsborough without all the busyness it’s very chilled and relaxing especially the verandah above the tress The house set up is perfect , the amenities , the furnishings , the art and the vibe of the house is truly a credit to Sally , who is awesome to deal with. We can’t wait to return !

Beautiful location - very convenient to walk to Beach and close to Caves House. Quiet location easy to access and find. House was very clean and a lot larger than we imagined from the photos. Beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for the cold winter weather that we had.

Yallingup Beach House

This is a fantastic house to base yourself for a few days enjoying the Margret River region. Very spacious and comfortable with easy walking access to Yallingup Beach and Pub, and just a short drive to some of the regions best sights and wineries. Sally’s communication was great and checkin very easy.

Having lived in the region for 21 years now, Yallingup is home to us. We love the laid back, relaxed and friendly community feel. The natural beauty of this region is well known, with its' stunning beaches and forests. The outdoor lifestyle is second to none with world class, surfing, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, diving and swimming to name a few options.
A perfect day for us would include a walk to Yallingup beach for a surf or swim and walk, followed by coffee and breakfast at the Caves House store, then home to laze on the deck with a book or newspaper, before heading out to lunch at one of the many world class wineries in the local region, then back to the deck in the afternoon for a relaxed BBQ dinner.

The space…
Our favourite aspect is the view as you walk into the main living area. The house sits high in the tree tops overlooking the beautiful Victorian gardens below and national park forrest beyond that. You will feel like you are a part of the gardens and forest surrounds. Spend all day lounging on the wide timber deck, watching the native birds in the lemon scented gums, or entertain on the outside dining table & BBQ .
The open plan kitchen, living/ dining room makes the most of the view looking over the treetops of Caves House Gardens and Yallingup Cliffs.

There is a tree lined boardwalk situated out the front of the house which will lead you down to the pristine Yallingup Beach just a 10 minute walk away. Caves House is just 2 minutes away ,as is the local biodynamic bakery and Caves Beach convenience store
( great coffee!)

There is no better location for a relaxed no stress holiday !
