Welcome to Ocean Mile D-1! This three bedroom, three bathroom townhome is located poolside in the 300 Ocean Mile community. The first level features the dining, kitchen, and living room. A queen bedroom and neighboring bathroom are located on this floor as well. The second floor features a second queen bedroom and neighboring bathroom as well as the master suite. The master suite features a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom.
BEDS: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 sleeper sofa.
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, well equipped kitchen, wood laminate flooring throughout main living area, carpet in bedrooms, deck and balcony overlooking community pool and gulf views, community park-style grilling area, boardwalk to beach, concrete parking under unit.

PET FRIENDLY (1 Dog Only, Under 35lbs. A $75 Non-refundable pet fee is required.)
