**BRAND NEW 13' x 26' pebbletec pool with sun shelf and HUGE 1200 SF pool deck. This pool was built for families in mind. It can be heated for a fee. Please message for details. There is a new HOT & Cold outdoor shower under the deck. ****

Recently updated home with new luxury vinyl tile throughout. Inside you will find a well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Brand new dishwasher and refrigerator installed March 2022. Dining table to seat 8, and laundry room just off the kitchen. Large deck offers beautiful space to dine and relax al fresco. 4 bedrooms will offer ample sleeping space for 9 plus a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep a total of 11 guests. The home also comes with a large carport. Perfect to park taller vehicles or boats. Just a short walk to the beach or to the bike path.

We have a 6 seater gas golf cart that is available to rent for $400/week. Please message us to confirm availability!

The location was perfect to get to the beach and the heated pool made it so comfortable to jump in. We had an issue with the golf cart working and the host was wonderful to work with and had it fixed immediately!

A Fantastic Stay With Family!

We had a family trip with our grown children an grandchildren. This house was perfect. The pool and golf cart were a complete hit with all! The kitchen was FULLY stocked and the rest of house was roomy, clean, and so close to the beach. We travel a lot, and this place has the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen! Nothing to complain about!

First of many trips

We stayed for a week with our closest friends and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The island Is the island the perfect place for a get away and this property has everything needed to make the most of the experience. Craig and Carley are excellent hosts and very responsive. Definitely plan to visit again!

This lovely house was just the right size for the 2 of us (ok maybe a little extra ;-) ). The pool was nice and warm. The deck was lovely to sit on in the morning with my coffee and a book, and just as lovely in the evening watching the sun go down. The host was super helpful with any questions I had. It officials go in the "Repeat Visit" category.

Perfect Vacation

Salty Sol was PERFECT! They had everything we needed and the house layout was perfect for us and our adult kids. I was so pleased with the owners and how well and expeditiously they communicated with us. I will rent this house and from these owners again as they had a couple of other homes too and close by (so if you have the need for more than one home for vacation)âŁïž

Great stay

Salty Sol has everything you could want in a vacation rental, the hosts have truly thought out every detail to make your stay excellent. The pool is awesome, bedrooms are great, kitchen well-appointed. There is plenty of deck space front and back to soak up the sunshine. The perfect place to stay. You won’t want to leave.

Great Family Rental

We enjoyed our stay and we’re very comfortable. The house was clean, well-equipped and the pool was perfect for children. Location to the beach was a short walk and even shorter golf cart ride.

Perfect Brief Getaway

My wife and I spent a long weekend at Salty Sol in April 2023. The house has some age behind it but has been updated recently and looks just like the pictures represented on VRBO. Pool and surrounding area are immaculate. Interior had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Golf cart and bikes are great for getting around. Home owner was very responsive to us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely stay at Salty Sol again.

Wonderful week

Had a great time at Salty Sol. House had everything and more. Would definitely stay there again. Overall couldn't of asked for a better vacation. And my dogs had a blast. The Island is very dog friendly.

Great get away

Loved this home, the pool looked great but to cold while we were here. Loved cruising around on the golf cart and dining out at the restaurants in the area. The host even gives you some gifts, one being a gift card to a local ice cream shop, which we gladly used. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here. Can’t wait to come back!!

Weather was somewhat cooperative. Despite the rain, we found great food, and entertainment. Always something to do. The beach is a convenient walk. The island’s shoreline is beautiful and interesting.

We had a blast

The property was perfect for our needs and budget; nice, quiet spot, well appointed kitchen, and a great pool. We walked to the beach, and rode our bikes all over the island, including the beautiful state park. This is not a brand new house, but we found it clean and comfortable.

Great Getaway Place

We usually come to St George once a year with our adult children and this place certainly hit all the marks! The kitchen was fully stocked, rooms nicely furnished and the pool was a huge hit! We will certainly stay here again!

Family Vacation

If you're thinking of visiting St George Island I highly recommend the Salty Sol. The pictures don't do it justice,it's much more spacious than it looks! Its mindfully stocked with everything you need and the decor is charming. The pool was the icing on the cake, great hang out spot after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, close enough to everything but still felt like you we're tucked away on a tropical island. This was our first stay at the Salty Sol but definitely not the last!!! We will be back. Thank you Craig and Carley for sharing your little piece of paradise.
