Large living area, separate dining room and fully remodeled kitchen. Main floor consists of full bath and bedroom. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Other Information:
-Full week (7+ nights) and flex booking (3 +nights). See calendar for availability.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $255

Great house in a great location

This house was awesome! Short walk to the beach and had everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked, the house was spacious, and the screened in porch was a big hit all week! Loved this place and would highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Had several issues with the house, ants in the kitchen and dining room, we got them under control after several days, but annoying. Also had a plumbing pretty significant plumbing leak.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay at 9 7th st. It has been nicely renovated. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the screened deck. Being close to the highway was not ideal but manageable.Next year's reno migth include fixing the exterior kitchen door and the one going out on the deck from living room. te former does nto close tightly you can see outside light, the latter is difficult to close and lock. Moreover, the lock to the door in the upstairs bedroom on the left needs adjusting as it does not work. We had to lock the storm door. these door suggestions are more for security and HVAC efficiency.
