Situé sur Cove Road dans la communauté de plage privée de Tower Shores, à un mile au sud du pont Indian River Inlet.
3. 6 miles de la promenade du centre-ville de Bethany et 7. 7 miles de la promenade de la plage de Rehoboth et des magasins d'usine.
Maison de ville sur quatre niveaux avec stationnement privé. À quelques pas d'une plage privée non bondée. Également à quelques pas de l'accès au parc d'État pour la pêche au surf toute l'année et du plaisir en famille pour tout le monde.
Ventilateurs de plafond partout dans chaque pièce. Peut dormir et dîner confortablement 10 personnes.
Chambre à coucher au premier niveau avec salle de bain complète et salle de lavage avec porte coulissante en verre sur le pont. Salon au 2e niveau, cuisine pleine grandeur, salle à manger et salle d'eau. De grandes portes coulissantes en verre avec des ponts sur le salon et la salle à manger, y compris une table et des chaises pour six personnes pour profiter d'un repas extérieur! 3ème niveau a une chambre principale king size avec des fenêtres à gogo. Une chambre pleine grandeur et une chambre avec lits superposés avec lit gigogne. Portes coulissantes en verre avec terrasse sur les deux chambres à l'arrière. Salle de bain complète. Loft au 4ème niveau avec deux lits jumeaux. Porte coulissante en verre sur une grande terrasse sur le loft avec une belle vue sur le lever du soleil et le coucher de l'eau. Du samedi au samedi semaines disponibles. Venez rejoindre notre famille élargie de plage!

We stayed here the year before and loved it. Close to the beach, plenty of space for my family and easy communication with the host. We already booked for next year!

Clean, quiet and close to the beach

Lots of space, a two min walk to the beach, perfect for families with children of all ages. Matt's Fish camp is one of our faves, check out happy hour!

Great rental

This is a Great rental… close walk to the beach, well equipped, well taken care of and the owner is very responsive. We’ve been vacationing in Tower Shores for over 30 years and really like this rental.

Family Reunion

This is our 3rd time staying at Tower Shores and we've had wonderful times each year! It is a nice family orientated area where everyone is friendly. Each year we've stayed at different rentals but this one by far is our most favorite. Thank you for another great vacation!

Everything about this house was perfect. We had 6 grandkids ages 10 to 17 the beach was so close they could come and go from the house to the beach on thier own easily. Lots of decks so they had thier own spaces away from the adults.The nieghbors all very friendly and went all out for the 4th of July. House well stocked and clean. We are hoping to rent this unit again. My only suggestion is to maybe post trash and recycling days someplace in the house.

The location is beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and well taken care. The private beach is wonderful. The house was adequate; however, it is dated and not kept up. The Loft never got cool while the 1st floor was an icebox.The kitchen is difficult to cook in. It is not laid out very well.The cook ware is just thrown in the cabinet and most glasses and plates were dirty.The left front burner is difficult to turn off when used. Very unsafe. Cabinet door broken hinge.The addition is facing the back of the house with an unkept yard, containing construction debrisThe beach chairs need some TLC. Outdoo shower was a plus.Upstairs bathtub drains very slowly

Right off the beach!

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Very convenient location allowed kids to walk from front door to private beach in a minute. Loved the uncrowded beach, didn't need to go elsewhere; great to have outdoor shower. Clean and well-appointed. Four bedrooms plus lovely attic loft with twin beds and its own deck with views of bay and beach. Front deck the living room overlooks other townhouses and parking area; back deck off kitchen has more private, woodsy feel for meals. Walking distance to fried fish takeout, Matt's Fish Camp. WiFi is fine for email, but not strong enough for Zoom meetings/video calls. Perfect for two close families. Would definitely come back!

Oceanproximate Property

The unit met or exceeded my expectations in all areas except one: I had somehow gotten the impression that the building was right on the beach behind the dunes, but that is not the case. That said, I was still quite satisfied to be able to take a short walk to the beach without the need to cross any roads. I have no complaints about the accommodations. It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Even the stairs that I was dreading climbing each day were not a big deal. It was excellent that beach chairs were provided. The property is a great location, close to both Bethany and Rehoboth. We biked easily to both Bethany and the nearby state park nature areas. We had a great time.

Outdated property in a great location

We were excited to come to this house as the location is great and the community is small. Upon arrival, we found the house to be not as clean as one would expect and missing some essential things, like trash bags. The cleanliness was a major issue for us. The sand was all over the terrace and the first floor, kitchen had greasy stains, missing trash bags and no basic cleaning supplies. I had to clean the kitchen for over an hour, and bathrooms for another hour or more. We contacted the owner for the trash bags at least, but he referred to the cleaning company, that apparently is not doing their job properly. Apart from this, all furniture is outdated and we did not feel the rental was worth the money. On the bright side - the location is amazing, the beach is right there and it is not crowded. The community is family-oriented, quiet, and friendly. We would love to come back there but will look for another property.

For future reference, we do not supply trash bags, paper products or toiletries. Consequently these products were not delivered like the guest requested upon their arrival. Our guests are responsible for these items. We will gladly provide directions to sources that provide these items which is standard protocol for all our guests.

Super close to the beach!

The major pro for our group was the proximity to the beach without any roads to cross (except the little neighborhood street that rarely has cars). We had a lot of kids, so running back and forth for the bathroom, lunch, sand toys, and more snacks was not a problem. The outdoor shower has hot water, so it served as the most popular shower to minimize the amount of sand coming into the house. If you are traveling with kids, don't bother to bring sand toys or regular toys because they have both; I would recommend your own plastic kid dinnerware because just about everything there is glass or ceramic. Also for you coffee drinkers, the Keurig is a Keurig Vue, which does not take regular K-cups to our extreme disappointment because we had packed a 4-adult supply for the week. And we couldn't find Vue pods at the store - plan to use the regular coffee pot. The uppermost deck has a wonderful view. All of the adults in the house were jealous of the teens that shared the best room (it only has two twins instead of a full, queen, or king). The deck off of the dining area is great as well - no real view, but it was great to have half of our group eat out there. The owner is very responsive. The neighbors mostly all know each other, so they're really friendly. As with all of the units in this area, the rental has a lot of stairs - it's 4 stories with most of the bedrooms on the 3rd floor, so be aware that you will get a leg workout during your stay. The bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor helps if you have people who need to minimize stair usage.

Such a nice house for vacation!

My family of 10 stayed here for one week. We checked in on Saturday and the checkin process was so easy and simple and Covid safe. The house was so cute and perfect for a vacation home. The location was so close to the beach it was closer than I thought it was going to be. It’s only a short drive away from the center of Bethany and about 15 minutes from Rehoboth. I didn’t know the owner had beach chairs and umbrellas so when we got there we were so excited because the chairs were so helpful to have for the beach we used them everyday. They have toys and other things for kids as well. We loved having the outdoor shower to use when coming back from the beach. The house/appliances were a little outdated but there was nothing wrong with that everything worked and was easy to use. You do have to bring your own paper towels/toilet paper but that’s totally fine, the owner did include that information on the listing. We also loved the balconies on every floor. The extra seating outside was such a nice area to have as well. I was a little confused on how many beds there were in the bunk bed room as I thought there were 4 total beds in the room but we had enough space for everyone still. So comfortably I would say the house sleeps 11. Overall, my family loved our stay here. The owner was so nice and accommodating and helpful when I was booking this location months ago. The house is so nice we would love to stay here again!

AMAZING STAY!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

As a group of young adults, we had trouble finding a house that was good for us. This house was perfect and absolutely beyond our dreams of what we thought we would receive for our week together! The amenities were amazing with stocked cabinets in the bathroom with bandaids and other sorts of things (we did not use them but it was a great surprise!) and the house was very roomy. The decks were BEAUTIFUL and the living room and kitchen area were the perfect size for our group of 11. Also, I don’t think you could have a better walk to the beach. The house was so close and the private beach was even better without having a huge crowd of people (even during a holiday weekend!) so we were able to be spread out from others and play games on the beach. The owner was also so good with communication and making sure all of our questions were answered. We appreciated his spectacular hospitality and kindness for letting us stay in the house for a week. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again/recommend it to others!

Pleasant and accommodating beach house

Very comfortable, homey, well supplied kitchen and roomy (4 floors). Our family enjoyed our stay at this home, which gave us all enough space to rest and play. A plus was the numerous balconies on each floor to spread out and enjoy sunrises and sunsets, meals, and crafts with the kids! We appreciated the generous beach chairs and umbrella to use on the beach, and the age appropriate toys that were available in the children's twin bedroom. My only compliant was that the house was not as clean as expected; the air vents needed desperate cleaning, and the air filters were filthy. The bathroom and kitchen throw rugs were dirty too, and didn't look like they had been washed all season (we came the last week of summer). Other than that, I would have given a 5 star review! The beach is lovely and private, and is a short drive to the town of Bethany Beach.

Family vacation

My husband, our two daughters and their husband's, and are two grandchildren had a great time staying at the condo. The condo was just as it appeared in the listing! The owner is super, he responds quickly to your questions and is awesome to deal with. Will we definitely go back!
